Thank you for a long and detailed answer, I really appreciate it. I think you are right, genital mulitation shiul be banned regardless of gender. Im don't really speak english, but I understand now that the clrrect term for both genders is "genital mulitation". Thank you for teaching me more about it

Oh thank you for correcting me. no no-nmedical surgery should be allowed without consent (which babies can't give). I guess this is less of a gender thing than you make it to be though. Male circumsision has been so normalized because of religion and stuff, wheras female cirucmsision has never been that normal to begin with, and as a normal person hearing about it for the first time you're honna think "ew no, lets not". But it's very sad and WRONG to normalize that shit. It's fucked up

Well, first of i'd like to say i'm against male circumcision, so don't get me wrong. With that being said, male and female circumcision are different. Male circumcision is when you remove the foreskin, without major problems later in life (if done correctly). When female circumcision is done, all the external genital are being removed (clit, hood), as well as the lips and closing the hole.
