Frontier justice on social media has changed everything about due process, the pathway of reasoning and the weight of evidence. When people see something they kind of agree with, there is an immediate emotional spike and a platform to share it. This community is sometimes guilty of this too. But that's just how our brains have been rewired now. This has a lot to do with the spreading of conspiracy theories too. I think it has a lot to do with fitting in too.
