Hang on here guys, they've only been married for 15 months. He's not gonna lose much at all. Ive been divorced in LA, same as him. The most sh e is legally entitled to is 50% of his earnings during the time they were married. His royalties from all movies before 2015 would be in the clear as would any assets he held before marriage. In CA alimony only kicks in at 10+ years of marriage and then. usually only for 1/2 the length of the marriage.
