| 2 | Straight guy has strangers force themselves upon him in a gay bar, commenters play down the incident because "this happens to women all the time". Typical anti-male attitude.being called mean names qualifies as "bashing" Entirely depends on context. If it looks like somebody is trying to rile you up so that he/she can escalate the situation, then even the verbal abuse happening is bashing.
