| 1 | UK - AdviceUpdate: Thanks for everyones support. It means a lot. A little more context. So thats it? Theres no justice? Nor can i even put my story? I have absolutely no intention to contact her in anyway ever. I used to think that ‘Hey shes not in a right state of mind due to her PTSD’ and that gave me solace. But as time goes on and with therapy I realise that It was not any mental condition that led her to do it, it was intentional. Did I also mention that she had filed a complaint against a senior doct… | /r/MensRights | 27/09/22 02:23 PM |

| 1 | UK - AdviceI do not want to pursue any criminal charges. This is more of a family court issue. I know that there can be no criminal charges as Police seldom charge women even if there is evidence. Only 2 criminal statues I could think of : 1. Financial theft 2. I know your advice of walking away and forgetting might be best but Ive gone through so much its just….. not so easy to even get a sound sleep. Below are just a few things I could think of : Financial Abuse : Keeping all the money with her at all times. I had to transfer everything left at the end of the month after paying for everything in the house. Even my bonus was transferred. She only returned 35% of what was accumulated when we parted. | 1 | UK - AdviceFinancial Abuse : Keeping all the money with her at all times. I had to transfer everything left at the end of the month after paying for everything in the house. Even my bonus was transferred. She only returned 35% of what was accumulated when we parted. Emotional Abuse : Calling me curse words, making me feel like i was an abuser and deserved all the bad things. Always trying to go through my phone and check up. Go through my emails and laptop… message my female friends to stay away from me. P… | /r/MensRights | 26/09/22 10:14 PM |
| 1 | UK - AdviceThank you for that. But its so hard… keeps eating me up inside. Sometimes i feel as if I should make a complaint even if nothing comes out of it… feels like it might give me peace. But im not sure… so here I am. | /r/MensRights | 26/09/22 10:00 PM |
