Hey selfmade, thanks a ton for the info. I'll likely do this and if so I'll let you know!

Hey there, SelfMade; Good post about a topic we all know we should be doing. How did you go about getting tested for low T and getting supplementation? I'm a good decade or two younger than you but I suspect I have somewhat low T as well and I think I'd be a much greater man if I had "Above average" T rather than the opposite.

I like to think I'm far past the "anger phase" having been "on trp" for a few years now. But man some stories still upset me a bit. Thankfully those of us here can understand this type of "logic" and chuckle despite the slight anger we may feel.

Half of PUA is "be confident as fuck" which it seems you are and if you have the body you say you have, I'm sure you do have girls flocking to ya. Glad for ya brother

Lmao. Your attitude is cocky af and also you're overreacting. With that said you're right and I think this is a good way to deal with the problem. In theory we shouldn't talk to women at work anyways as we shouldn't be fucking women we work with. It's a death trap. Thanks for posting brother.

I think you're wrong in a lot of the things you say here. No Fap has amazing benefits for your brain and mental state - it's a lifestyle change that removes lots of instant gratification and dopamine from your usual routine. Jerking off isn't awful but should only be done if you haven't had sex in 10+ days or so. In theory if you're getting laid at least once a week, Fapping is a bad habit for your brain. I also would ONS a couple of my hotter exes, just because that would be amazing. I can drop…

I can say from experience - a friend of mine who I tried to "Red Pill" ended up resenting everything TRP and thinks we're all assholes and such, like the typical guy who hasn't explored here. I myself, was never "introduced" - however an old buddy of mine brought it up in a conversation one time. "Dude, what you're saying sounds exactly like the red pill." "The red pill? What's that?" "Look it up on reddit when you get home" The rest is history

Proud of you, brother. Now the big moral debate we'll have on this Sub is, should you take her back? Most of us will probably say no. Realize if you ever "take her back" It'll never be the same. Now that you understand how things work, it won't ever be as magical. You know now that the relationship is one big transaction. Good luck going forward, be smart and thing with your head before your heart/dick

First, great thing you have abundance; 2 other gals you can lean towards for sex. Second, good on you for "ghosting" her after hearing this. She's likely on the fence trying to decide if you're "man enough" or "alpha" enough (etc.) to be fucking her - if you totally ghost her now, she'll likely message you in the future when she's horny or needy. Beware, though, she'll test you harder because now she's not sure where you fall on the AF/BB spectrum. I've been in this exact situation with a plate …

Surprised this has such a crazy number of upvotes. It's a little sad to hear so many guys are afraid to improve themselves. It takes a little humility, placing yourself as the new guy in a gym. But, like you said, 99% of people will give you a glance and then move on with their workout. Every guy at a gym is there to improve themselves, and the majority of the women are as well.

I'll third this. Lifted for 4 years in High School, ended up with an awesome bench press but never worked my back muscles. Coming out of HS I had shitty weak looking posture with my shoulders rounded forward, and tiny lats/upper back which made me look very weak, despite being able to bench/squat some pretty large weights.

The transition period you're dealing with now is the toughest part about TRP, in my opinion. Some say it's swallowing the pill but I think it's actually getting started implementing it, because as you say, the people around you see you making progress and for some fucked up reason, want nothing more than to destroy it. Though it's cliche' I blame this on jealousy. They notice a change happening, notice you getting stronger and getting closer to success, but they don't know how or why or where it…

Fasting is great for many reasons but it doesn't need to be 48 hours. I assume that's actually pretty unhealthy. As far as I understand/have read, the HGH benefit starts at about 16-18 hours of fasting generally. So doing a 24 hour fast is all you need. Longer than that and you'll see diminishing returns, as well as possible health deterioration in the long run.

No you did not invent "Cement Mixing" but that's a great name for it. It's talked about on TRP sometimes but not enough, it's a great tool. Glad it worked for you and you showed that dude what's up!

Women will almost always tell you not to do. Most everything they tell you is simply to make you another Beta, and most weak ass men listen.

You wrote, "People (or her) can say what they want about you, but if you date a woman and leave her with nothing but fun memories. You have added a lot of value to her life. And even if things don’t work out. You’re leaving someone better than they were which makes you a man of value." This is an amazing way to rationalize being alpha as fuck for those new here that are afraid to be the asshole, or still working to suppress their Beta side. Though he cites no evidence and I won't either in the interest of my limited time on earth - I can attest to these things especially the bit about masturbation. The periods where I manage to jerk off only once per week, or so, are the best periods of my life. You really can feel it after a couple of days. If you jerk off 2-3+ times a week or more you're basically making yourself a zombie. If you can limit it to once, maybe twice a week or less, you'll improve your happiness and testosterone leve…

You definitely noted those three ideas in order from least important, to most important. Voluntary Discomfort is the single greatest thing you can do to make yourself more productive and lower your standards for comfort (making you relatively, way more comfortable). Without reading the others who have replied to you; keep in mind the golden rule is whoever is having the most fun will get the gal. If you have the most fun/positive energy in the room, you've got a good chance at pulling a babe as long as you're not the ugliest guy in the room.

Lmao, dude, why would you want to break up with her? You basically told us "she's a sweet gal how do we break up?" If she's not as sweet as we're thinking, you just gotta realize there are 100000s of other women willing to be with you if you improve yourself and then go find them.

Do you have a chance t swallow the pill? Of course; swallowing the pill is simply realizing that the world doesn't work the way we always thought it did (particularly focused on sexual strategy and self-improvement) If you meant to ask, "will TRP help me with women?" Again - hell yes it will. You may be at a slight disadvantage because of your height, but the key word there is "slight". If you practice great posture and work on growing your muscles you'll look bigger and more important; then eve…

If the market for your skills is moderate-large, consistently look for other jobs that will pay you more. If you're making $70k a year at your first job, wait 6 months and then begin looking for a place that will pay you $75k, or $80k now that you have experience (assuming you can't get a raise) This is abundance mentality in practice; when you're being interviewed for your 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc. Corporate-Land job, you already have work so you're not desperate and you can demand the extra 5-10k per…

A large portion of frame could be called "confidence" or "influence" (since much of our influence comes from our self-confidence) put into larger words, frame is the perceived power imbalance in a relationship. If she believes you are in control, you have the frame; or vice-versa

You guys are such jerks! Just kidding. I agree, this was needed.and hopefully it'll make us stronger as a group. Having numbers is great but a movement needs a central focus and strong members. Feminism gained the numbers but had no central focus or strong leadership; I'm glad to see we are doing this the correct way, unlike the way feminism tried to create change.

Most of this boils down to self-respect, in a nutshell. And I agree with that entirely. Growing up without a father (and a weak mother at best) I was raised with no self-respect and had decided to be a pawn as that's how we're supposed to live happily. Thank god I found this community as it helped me realize my worth and gave me confidence. I realize now that we all have our own mission on earth and you don't HAVE to be somebodies pawn if you don't want to. To this day my mother discourages me w…

This is pretty strange, brother; I DJ weddings in Western Massachusetts. I could have been the DJ that night (it wasn't me, I've only had one gig this summer months back) Anyways good for you and great shit getting the hottie. Sounds like a bomb night. TRP really does ruin some things; when you realize how people actually respond to each other primitively it can make certain relationships feel stupid easy, which ruins the fun. I lifted for 4 years and developed terrible posture because of it. I had great pectorals and abs, but a weak upper back, which caused me to "slouch" - rather my back muscles were loose while my anterior muscles were tight, and always pulled me into a submissive posture. I've spent most of the last year working on strengthening my upper back to fix this and I'm finally practicing "good" posture - Lifting is great but if you skip out on certain muscles it'll deform you, very slowly. Over 4 years I…

Simple post and I wish we saw more of them about posture; it is the number one thing I've gained form TRP physically since coming here. Has a major impact and has changed my life. You aren't the person you think you are - you're the person others think you are. And 51% of that impression is based on your posture. Glad you posted, point needs to be talked about more

When she said, "you're so selfish" you know right away you made a good decision. A woman should never disrespect you that way when you leave her, she should be upset; she was likely to cheat again. Hmm seems like a good idea and I get why it works/believe what you're saying. My only issue is that you're essentially rewarding her for fitness testing you; which means more fitness tests. If you're down to deal with them then this is a great strategy. If dealing with endless fitness tests isn't worth the sex then I guess this tip isn't for you. Good idea thanks for posting

I'd argue otherwise; I think women are great at doing things like cooking, cleaning, etc - the smaller life tasks which are essential but take away from our time as men to be working or playing. I love a woman who will help do these type of chores so that I have more free time myself - and I make sure they're awarded accordingly as incentive.

Hey there brother. Future moral tip from myself, never mention suicide in a situation like this (posting on TRP) ~ makes you look like you're attention seeking. With that said, I'm sorry to hear how things have gone for you thus far in life. I've felt' the way you have before, and when I do I remind myself that I only get one life. It's cliche' as hell, but I only get one chance to do everything I can do, here on earth. So even if it seems like it'll mostly suck, I'd always trek on. Anyways with…

These are all fantastic tips, most of which I had already known/figured out on my own, and I totally agree. The great thing about this place is, nobody ever would have known your race until now, that you've told us all. Anybody saying that type of shit is just a racist fuck and you don't need to listen to them, brother. You knew as soon as she called you daddy like that, that you were golden. Especially if she's a "broken" one. They tend to be the most independent and unlikely to call you that shit. As far as I've seen, the girls with "morals" are the most "damaged" - the former uglys, the fatherless girls/abused girls, actually to build a sort of "wall" and are the least slutty. This is a big issue of mine personally. I haven't achieved any of the "life goals" I want to achieve yet I'm comfortable. I have a LTR who wants to be with me forever (she thinks) enough money to buy the things I want and eat healthy etc. I'm "comfortable" - like all humans, my main desire in life is to be fucking comfortable. Dig this post, but personally, I think depending on the situation/ex, I'd still be down to fuck. A little upsetting that so many assholes here missed the point and want to attack you for "bragging". I see it but they obviously lack the humility to learn from your success. While you don't seem like the most humble man in the way you presented this post, there's plenty to learn, but half our users are more interested in trying to put themselves above you, rather than learn from you. depression is most commonly caused when people become complacent with their position in life and stop striving to get anywhere new; they stagnate. Only by breaking the stagnant cycle can you beat depression. By getting up and putting yourself in uncomfortable situations, regularly, that will help you move forward on your life path. With that said, intense exercise is the simplest way to to that for most people. Won't work for everybody (40% I'd say) but for the majority, you're right; exercise i…

Most guys will see this and assume it means they need to get bigger/smaller/stronger etc. However, I have improved my physical appearence 1000% over the last year or so and only gained 3-4 pounds (same bodyfat %) ~ All I did was put on those 3-4 pounds and fix my posture. That was what did it for me, my posture. And I'm now at least twice as attractive. If you can convey confidence then you're ahead of most other dudes who slouch and stare at the floor

Sounds like you just hate women in general (maybe you do) They're not pathetic, they're different. Will admit, it's late and so I only read the conclusion to see what you figured. This sentence impacted me "Do not cheapen your body and soul by giving your love freely." It upset me for a second. I thought "damn - did I do this? Did I give it away too easy?" (I am in a LTR currently who I wouldn't mind being with "forever" - with her as "#1" despite what other plates I spin) Then I thought back to how we got where we are and realized, I made her work damn hard before I ever gave her my love. It sounds like you have other gals to have fun with though, which is fantastic (abundance) so I would take that route. Don't NEVER show emotion; that's only good advice in the first couple weeks you've known a girl, or if you want her as a plate. If you're trying to have a LTR, you should show emotion, gradually. The longer you've been together, the more you can show; However, never show Anger. She'll know when she fucks up 90% of the time if you just "punish" her afterwards (i.e dread game, paying less attention to her (like you staying silent in the car)) Glad you're making progress brother

I used to wake up every morning pissed off because I wasn't where I wanted to be. I literally had the motivation/dedication towards my goals of Leonidas, David, Solomon, you name it. I was a fucking workhorse and would do whatever it took to accomplish what I wanted to. Then my parents bought me my first cell phone and high school came around the corner. Hey there, brother. Personally, TRP stuck with me because It promises to teach you how to have a will; over yourself and others. Before coming here, I was always the follower - no matter how much I wanted to be a leader. After all of the reading I've done here, self-improvement, and practicing much of what is preached in this online community, I have become able to control others, when I want to/need to. I have become able to lead and not just follow. I've become "a man" Now, I do what I want to…

Literally "growing taller" probably doesn't happen after 21 but if you fix shitty posture and loosen the joints in your spine (assuming they were compressed) you could gain 3 inches, in an extreme case. Most people could gain an inch or two by fixing their posture and loosening their spine Edit: "Isn't Common" after 21

Had to downvote only because you say "confidence won't get you anywhere" - this is totally false, confidence is arguably more important than looks, if the goal is to attract women, and we know this. Look up PUAs like RSD Tyler and such. They're probably 6/10s in their looks but they fucking slay women because of their uber confidence and good pickup experience (which leads to confidence) ~ Your looks are the "threshold" ~ Sally Mae won't even consider you if you're a 3/10. Masturbation is actually good for keeping your pipes working down there if you know what I mean. If you haven't had sex in 2 weeks, it's a good idea to jerk off just to keep things working properly. But more than once a week and you're ruining yourself. You're right that porn is even worse. The psychological effects it has on a person is just terrible. The only single benefit it could have is if you're looking to last longer in bed - porn desensitizes you to sex and makes it less enjoyable, and …

When I was little, I thought the key to being happy was making it to heaven, so I read my bible every night before bed, and prayed. Upon discovering this haven, I realized that everybody has a different key; "being happy" means something different to all of us. So I stopped reading the bible, and now I read some TRP before bed (almost) every night. The bible used to teach me how to find god - TRP teaches me how to have options. The more options I have, the more likely I will "find happiness" ~ H…

Yep, been a year or two since I tried to grow. I still hit the gym twice a week or so for "maintnance" ~ been working on my mental as that's the part I needed more help on in life. 3-4 years ago during the football season, I remember counting my calories at 4,000 per day and I was maintaining weight. First year in college so yes I'm still young. But I do have quite a lot of muscle and a good looking body. I figure I'd be around 105 if I never lifted. I have a tiny frame ("bone structure") and insane metabolism which makes putting on weight impossible. To be honest, the only thing I've found that works for putting on weight is booze - but that's not worth it Protein and lifting consistently is a sure way to grow, just takes forever once you've been doing it a while.

Awesome post brother; Simple and accurate. Anybody here who is new to working out needs to look up Elliott Hulse. That man changed my life with his videos. Yup. Plan is to "stay alpha" - improving at a good rate actually so I'm just getting better, for her. Read a lot about this in clubs and such, all about how you really just have to get the girl home if you're not going to see her again. "Life is a meritocracy" In essence this is true Each society runs differently. Western society become less merit based every day (which is a big reason Trump actually managed to win - the revival of capitalism/meritocracy) This is why I personally despise communism. Oh yeah, it all makes sense. I wouldn't say it's a "bad thing" ~ Because if guys are happier playing video games than being with shitty women then, go play some damn video games with your bros. However it is a sad change to see because the way things should be naturally is that, men are slaying women. However most of us aren't anymore. Or at least, not as many as in prior times. First I would like to say, women make 96 cents to a mans dollar in the USA when equal job type, positions, titles, education, and experience are compared. Second, I would like to say the logic of this post is pretty terrible because most people work 40-48 hours a week, not 60. Let me just say that two nights ago, we had so many "teenagers" (16-16) on the green in the center of town, that police had to come and ask them to leave. (which is pretty dumb, kids playing Pokemon had to leave) But that proves how crazy this is. So many young women attracted to these areas, so many nerdy guys orbiting them

My mother never really tried to hide it, but at one point when I was in probably 8th gade just before high school, I realized that both of my sisters came from different fathers, as did I. We all had different last names. To be fair though my mother was married to my eldest' sisters father and, I'm only here because he died and, my mother met my father. Crazy

That's actually a great question. Hard to answer too. I think all are based upon the fact that women suck lmao. MRA is kinda' the blue-pill version of "women suck" ~ MGTOW is the Red-Pill version, and then TRP is the "Let's use it all to my advantage and slay women" version. Sounds like the best idea to me

I'd bet good money that it's "Escalation" ~ But not only that.. I'm struggling with this idea myself, right now, that you need to realize, women who are down to fuck will make you do 100% of the work. You have to escalate; And then escalate more; and then even more; etc. And that is after you get them in the mood, after you take them home, after you get them in your bedroom.. You have to "suggest" or demand each and every step. The only guy who doesn't have to do this is Chad Thundercock, the 6'…

I'm also 18. Was raised BF as FUCK; But once I hit HS I started to notice so many RP truths.. Thought I was a MRA at 16, MGTOW at 17, then I found TRP.. And I know this is my calling. If everybody needs a "lable" then this is mine. I am eternally grateful that I was able to find such a great wealth of information and wisdom at such a young age

Awesome shit, brother! Glad it's going so well for you! Sounds like you had a good base to begin with so 6 months of dedication was "enough" - and the more time you continue to put in, the better results you're gonna' be left with. Keep it up

I can agree, owning a dog can teach a beta male so - SO much. I couldn't call myself "Alpha" yet as I'm finishing up Monk Mode, you could say. But Jesus I used to be the biggest beta ever. Then I decided to try to own/train a dog. I learned so much about frame, confidence, etc in the process, before ever finding TRP. I never realized that the same things I was learning about owning a dog, were the things you'd need to know in order to "own" a woman - and to "own" at life in general. Any man who …

Thank you so much for posting about this; I've realized this a long time ago, but I never see any TRP posts about "will" ~ In the sense that, at any given moment, whoever has the strongest "will" in a room is the Alpha. Even if one guy is rich and one guy is poor - if the poor man is so confidant and able to execute his will over the rich man, the poor man is now the Alpha. That's what it's all about. Being able to control people. You do this by having supreme confidence in yourself, and conveyi…

Just want to let you know I followed and understood everything you put down so don't let these guys bug you to much. The "red flags" were a little confusing but other than that, quality post. Just another example of what happens when you go full BP

Oh yeah, you're totally right about this. You can't just talk the talk, you have to walk the walk. If you convince yourself that you're a little more valuable than you really are - that's fine, so long as you actually are that valuable a month later.

Didn't actually read this whole post as it's 3:45 am where I am (fuck I need sleep) but, I think as a general rule you don't need to "de-value" women, but rather it would be a better idea to "over-value" yourself. That way you become a man of higher value over time (you are what you think) rather than just finding all women of low-value

Dude that's an awesome story and I'm glad to hear it; you did pretty damn well. I don't think I could have been so cold myself but hey it sure worked for you. I'd be thinking "maybe she isn't happy which is why she's talking to this other dude" and then cold shoulder her.. But not for 2 whole days. "savage" haha. Anyways awesome outcome, glad to hear it for you two

Damn man. This post had me going until the last line; even if you're being genuine, calm the sympathy card. We all feel bad for you as it is and we're all here to give you brotherly advice because deep down we are all brothers and we all love each other, you know? Screw your ex; we're here for you. No need to grab for our sympathy. If you really were being 100% genuine then, no! Absolutely do NOT do any crazy shit like heroin. I mean I won't even say to do weed unless you live where it's legal. …

Good for you man. I'm still a young man but I bet if I'd never found TRP my story would have ended up a lot like yours; thanks for posting. Really provides a good example of how we can all succeed, and, I'm happy af for you dude! Keep up the good work; maybe even work harder now that you've seen some success

Yeah yeah anytime man! What I've gotten' out of my relationships is that, with those types, you should be as respectful and thoughtful as you can. It's a bit' more work and makes it hard to escalate at times; but if you've already made out you'll be fine. Good luck man

Dude, I have had so much experience in my time with "insecure girls" ~ They really do seem to defy TRP rules. Some do break a few ruled, but usually what you've learned here can still be applied; the difference is that insecure women will say things they don't mean; or rather, they just don't know how to communicate how they feel. It sure seems to me that she wants to say "you're hot af I would be honored if you fucked me" but, is honestly too insecure to accept that she's got a guy "out of her …

I have to say, one of the most fascinating ideas i've taken from TRP is frame but it's tough to find a good read here about it sometimes. I read every single post on frame and, this is probably one of the best I've found. Uses novice-language to explain an expert-level idea. Thanks for posting

Coming from r/TheRedPill The only thing I'd have to say is you sound like you came off as pretty "beta" rather than "alpha" - but tbh a lot of girls appreciate this kindness and now she knows you're interested. I'd let her approach you next. Act like even though you think she's beautiful, you'll be totally fine without her (because, you will bro) And then if she's attracted, she'll approach you. Good luck and good work brother!

Hey there, man - glad to see you posting here. This is a quality question. I've wondered about this myself in the past. I feel like I haven't had any "real" (emotional) relationships in years and I've often thought about trying to fill that with one of my bro's. I have a tight group of guys who I really consider "brothers" and wouldn't leave for any amount of bitches in the world. I'll say if it's working for you - good for you man! Glad you found something to fill the void I would also have to …

So, why don't we all use this tool to log feminists? Whenever somebody see's a feminist arguing on the internet, we should log them in that database, no?

"At the time, I convinced myself that this was simply a fact of life and that other people were happy because they were just too stupid to see the bigger picture." Man - I'm only 18 years old right now but for years I've believed this in my mind. Since I was in middle school, say 14 years old. Only over the course of the last few weeks have I been able to understand that as you said, it's not true. If there is one thing I'm supremely grateful for in my life, it is stumbling upon TRP. Only been h…

After I posted a comment on her video about how sick her actions were - and getting 160 "thumbs ups" - she disabled ratings and comments. Sadly only 160 people got to "thumbs up" before it was taken down but damn, feels good! I don't want to say "good work guys" because, now nobody is able to read our thoughts on the subject. But at least there can be no more textual support of what she did, either

Just left a comment summing up my thoughts (RP view) on the video. I'd appreciate if you all read it and "thumbs up" if you agree. At the least, comment what you think and let people know that this is terrible. Name is "Destin Craven" so you can find my comment

I think, if she's already gone and helped out in other less-fortunate countries - she sounds pretty legit to me. It seems like she understands that women have it pretty well here already so she's helping in places where they aren't so fortunate. That's the real deal (I think)

I think the thing is Joe, that half of us are fighting feminism, and half of us are just saying "fuck it" and walking away I come from your side; I think Feminism is terrible and as an MRA myself, I try very hard to fight Feminism. I'm all for Womans' rights but ALSO mens' rights. I hate Feminism because it's all about women and so, I'm trying to fight it, for myself and my fellow man. However, some people who are simply going their own way, don't feel the same as us. And, a lot of people are so…

Divorce.. The best way to sum up our biggest problem, in my opinion.. Is that we have less power than women, but most people don't understand that. Nowadays, women are in control, socially and legally - and yet they are STILL fighting to gain more power, rights, etc. It's scary. I'm genuinely afraid to grow up in a world where women have free reign to control me however they wish because I have a dick. I matter too don't I?
