That's true, since saying "women can be gold-diggers" doesn't sound nearly as inflammatory

So men texted a smaller amount of women that women did men, even though they found more women attractive. I've asked men that use dating apps why they were swiping left on people they thought were attractive and they said they were onlyfans advertisements. Online dating is truly a curse.

I got approached by a girl in college who was out of my league, and my self-esteem issues caused me to fumble it super hard. Thankfully I learned from it and got better

Then why are men using their bodies as cum receptacles? That's a pretty bleak outlook on sex. Sometimes it's because they love their partner in other ways, other times they may enjoy sex despite being unable to orgasm, or maybe they're just trying for a baby. No orgasm ≠ cum receptacle. You really don't want men trying to be "her first orgasm" as his whole personality. Or at least I would think most women wouldn't want that. Is he hoping to fuck their friends? How is commiserating with her frien…

Don't you think his desire to satisfy and excite the woman is probably why she faked it in the first place? To make him feel adequate or get him to slow down so that he stops trying. It isn't something a woman would do if she wants the man to keep trying harder. Also not all women can orgasm, either because they haven't found a way to or it isn't possible for them. Maybe they need to find a new partner, but talking shit to their friends about their current partner is still trashy imo.

If a woman fakes an orgasm it's usually because a guy is trying to make a woman orgasm and can't for whatever reason (or at least I can't think of any other reason they would do it). That doesn't really sound like they're uncaring or disengaged to me. What makes you think the guy doesn't care in this scenario?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/25 02:01 PM
1

Just because a woman fakes an orgasm doesn't mean a man is using her as a sex toy though. Im just talking about people that complain to others that their partner doesn't satisfy them in bed. It comes across as someone who's looking to cheat or just put down their partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/25 01:46 PM

I've never met a respectable woman or man that shamed their current partner for bad sex. A woman might fake an orgasm for a few reasons, because she's tired, because she doesn't want a man to feel inadequate, or because she simply can't find a way to orgasm, even while masturbating. It's a two way street, and I think it's not fair to say women shaming men about sex, penis size, etc is normal or widely accepted. I'm sure there are women that do it, but it pretty much just comes across as trashy.

Facts: Young men are lonelier, but survey statistics are showing more young women in relationships than men. Roughly the same amount of people are in relationships now as they were 50 years ago. Opinions: I think there are multiple reasons young women are going for older men. Part of it is financial stability, since millennials have a head start over Gen Z, and costs of living are very high compared to previous points in history. Women are just more likely to pick economic safety. That isn't rea…

None of the posts I saw in redpill talk about improving yourself in any meaningful way, at least not in my opinion. Most of them were either complaints about women or advice on how to manipulate them or make yourself more appealing. I don't disagree that you can get laid, but I challenge you to find a post in redpill that offers advice on finding a loving, equal relationship. A lot of it is pretty degrading toward women in my opinion.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/25 06:31 PM

Men can do a lot of that to other men too because people can destroy each other. There are bad people in the world. Men gravitate toward red pill because they are lonely. They have trouble with romantic relationships and would prefer to objectify women as something completely different from them rather than human, which is also what you have done in your post without realizing it. Dehumanizing women makes the pill easier to swallow. Red pill promotes shallow, casual sex relationships (I visited …

Is the wife free?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/25 04:17 PM

Hey if that's your understanding of biology who am I to argue? Like I said before though, it's perfectly acceptable to be single and not have kids. My post is more pointed at people complaining that women won't date them (of which there are a lot on this sub). I don't expect gays, asexuals, or even straight couples to pass down genes necessarily. It was just a comment on the natural order and observing its similarities to human behavior for the same reasons.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/25 10:27 AM

Fair enough. Maybe it is a way to get into a good relationship. If it is I just don't understand it.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/25 08:17 PM

Fair enough. Maybe I'm just a hopeless romantic and everyone else actually knows how to date. I only ever really went on one "date" like that and it just didn't do it for me.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/25 08:13 PM

Is that the same as "saying something but adding nothing"? If not I don't think I have the literacy to understand what that ban is for.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/25 07:39 PM

I only ever dated 4 women, and only ever had sex with my wife of 13 years. I was voluntarily celibate with the others and even declined sex. I had and still have a lot of platonic relationships with women whose company I value like my other friends. Like I said, if your goal is to be fast and loose your advice probably will work. I doubt you'd spend much time with a girl if you found out she had you as date #2 for the night though.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/25 07:30 PM

Multiple temporary bas? What kind of stuff?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/25 07:19 PM

You're not wrong, but it does matter how you get them.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/25 07:18 PM

Yeah I worked with a guy who bragged about scheduling dates with multiple women. He would also wait until he saw the woman and not introduce himself as their date unless he thought they were attractive, otherwise just ghost and act like he was never there. It's the kind of behavior that leaves you old and lonely, and only with gross stories about how many women you picked up when you were younger.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/25 07:16 PM

Man, these must be the most level-headed mods in existence.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/25 07:04 PM

There's a big difference between getting laid and finding a partner for a long term relationship. Your advice might get people to find a sex partner, but scheduling dates with multiple women and seeing what sticks will earn shallow relationships

I'm not a woman, but the reason for my post is because I keep seeing ones like this (currently a top post): https://np.reddit.com/r/PurplePillDebate/s/hOMdeT5DLn And it's just constant whining implying men are good enough and women just need to change their behavior
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/25 10:42 AM

Yeah I don't believe in this sort of "ranked attractiveness" some people seem to subscribe to around here. Women needing to be choosier doesn't mean they will all choose the same way, for the same reasons, or even that they have good discretion. I'm also not saying all women are choosier. Some men and women just want sex, and they may just go for someone they are attracted to. I don't pity them, it's just that I also don't pity the guys whining about how society won't hand them a mate.

No, my siblings don't have my genes. We do have genes passed down from our parents from the same pool, but the genes differ because they are not all genes from both parents arranged in the same way. The only way your siblings could pass down your genes would be via incest.

If you passed genes down to your niece, then yeah. I'll admit I have trouble grasping the concept.

It doesn't really sound like women are missing out here. Why would someone who is aromantic asexual even want to be in a couple's relationship in the first place? What would either of you get out of it? It is more likely you will live a perfectly acceptable, content life and not be part of the gene pool in the future.

To what benefit? What harm does sexualizing fictional characters do? We just have to decide what kind of relationships we view as acceptable to promote. There may be some cases about a plot around pedophilia, but honestly it would be even worse to sexualize them then. If someone draws sonic the hedgehog (who is canonically 15) with a giant throbbing cock, I don't think that person should go to jail (though he may go to hell). I specifically mentioned not to take legal action. I think studios rec…

Places have banned sexual media for just appearing to be childlike, but the legal route is probably harder to regulate, which is why feminists are supposedly pressuring platforms hosting anime instead (yet to be proven) I think even just pressuring anime studios to stop overtly sexualizing canonically 14 year old girls would at least be a step forward. Age up the characters, and raise the rating to adult audiences. No need to remove the content entirely, but it could stand to have a little more …

Redpill isn't life advice. At its best it is "how to manipulate women into having sex" and at worst just a gigantic shill pyramid scheme. They don't want long term relationships, just sex. They either don't care how shallow a woman is, or they prefer women to be shallow because that makes things easier for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/25 04:26 PM

Nah, I'm not saying all women are angels or that they're predisposed to making the right decisions. At least not anymore than men are predisposed to be flawless. I am saying women are predisposed to being choosier and less sex-driven than men, which does seem to be the same across nature for the same reasons. If a man can't find any dates despite continuously trying, he may need to look inward. But no, there are plenty of trash men and women.

Fair enough, although everywhere I checked shows millennials as voting dem. Not sure where you're getting that info. It may be because some of the sites were referring to Gen z as millenials But it is possible they are using just a small portion of Gen z

Again, I didn't take the survey. Here's an article, may be incorrect or misleading: https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/why-gen-z-men-voted-for-trump/ "Your audacity is insane" is a weak point
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/25 02:43 PM
1

Appeal to nature is often a fallacy, but in my case I related it to real world consequences and reasons for it. I said "this is the natural order, we as humans have some differences, and here is why it works and why women have to make decisions differently than men". It doesn't need a justification in my opinion. It's just how things already work and why. People asking for society to be changed need to provide a justification because it's a call to action.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/25 02:07 PM

Then you specifically said gen z MEN??? Hmm are you just blaming anyone but yourself? Idk man I'm just going off what public articles are saying. I didn't take the polls myself. I'm mentioning the people you perceived as having the problem (Gen Z men as opposed to women, who seemed to favor Kamala). It was specifically because you had mentioned they had less money. They are newer into the workforce and will be on the lower end of pay, and a minimum wage increase would have helped level the field…

People definitely make mistakes and bad decisions in any era. It isn't a perfect process, but the general idea is that women have more to lose from a bad decision, mostly due to pregnancy and childcare expectations.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/25 01:57 PM

That is probably a major one right now. Sad thing is that millennials voted to raise the minimum wage and Gen Z men voted against it. (Not entirely but by majority)

Birth rate is a separate issue. I'm just talking about getting into relationships, and the number of adults in relationships are still about 70%, although young men are falling behind.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/25 10:26 AM
0

Of course, but I clarified in my post why this natural process is necessary. There are the same percent of adults in relationships now as in 1970. The hard truth is that there have been and always will be a large number of people that don't reproduce in every era. That doesn't make them losers though, and in fact pew research shows that half of the single population isn't even looking for a relationship. I'm not calling all gays losers just because they won't be in the gene pool. There isn't a s…

Here is where I'm getting data: https://www.pewresearch.org/social-trends/2020/08/20/a-profile-of-single-americans/ But how do you figure that twice as many men are single than women? Half of them lesbian?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/25 03:27 AM
0

70% is 70%
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/25 01:19 AM
2

Plummeting birthrates suggests otherwise Birth rates probably have more to do with lower fertility and economic factors like both parents being expected to work. The same percentage of adults are in relationships now as they were in 1970. Not saying you're wrong about the birth rates, just that women being too picky likely isn't the cause.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/25 01:04 AM
-1

About the same percentage of adults are in relationships now as they were in 1970 though, about 70%. A declining birth rate may be due more to things like lower fertility rates, education, and economic factors. Those numbers were surveyed, so it could be off. I'm just saying the cause likely isn't that women are rejecting all possible partners.

It won't let me click on it the sub is barred off. Come on, tell me your secrets. Edit: nah nevermind it finally let me in. What is this? Some kinda sub about how to manipulate women? All the top posts seem like a bunch of shills trying to get desperate guys. Some of them even link their coaching websites in their posts. Please tell me you haven't fallen for any of this.

Ok so what exactly concerns you?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 09:30 PM

This concerns you because sweet, attractive women date you and a woman you were just barely attracted to had higher standards and brushed you off? This seems like it worked out pretty well for you Of course we're going to have bad experiences with some women. They make up half of all people.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 08:26 PM

I think clarification was needed to exclude harmful behavior, but no I don't think the statement precludes that all natural behaviors are good. I gave a pretty good explanation of why this particular behavior is necessary
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 08:20 PM

Behaviors found in nature that don't harm others should be understood rather than fought in my opinion
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 08:17 PM

But my point is that's the case across a lot of nature, so I don't think it's bad or wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 08:14 PM

I think that would come across as an accusation when I'm really just trying to explain why they have to be choosier and that they have more at stake
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 08:11 PM

Idk man it's tagged debate I think it's a good point. Why would you be concerned if someone you aren't attracted to is shooting for someone else?

Sorry what is TRP? I'm not familiar and I don't think what came up on Google is what you're talking about. Edit: by 80/20 do you mean you think everyone is competing for a small portion of men and not settling outside that? How the heck are 70% of adults in a relationship then?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 07:06 PM
1

Hm, that's an interesting take on my post, but that isn't what I meant. About 70% of adults in my country are in a romantic relationship of some kind. like I said, monogamy in humans does make our relationships different from animals and cause some competition between women as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 06:14 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 05:52 PM

Try to be with the person you want to be with. If they don't want you either stay friends or move on. Are you wanting to be with this frumpy overweight woman, or are you also being choosy and trying to find someone you're attracted to?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 05:50 PM
3

I don't really see it as a problem at these numbers, but regardless are you saying you think this is because women can't find a man they want because they are too picky? In other words, is there a much higher single population now than in the past?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 05:37 PM
2

If the men are "high above them" but obtainable, they were actually not high above them. If a bird impresses a much more capable looking bird into mating, they are on the same level of the gene pool. There may be some hierarchy, but it definitely isn't exact. I've noticed that men that involve themselves with the manosphere typically don't check off the "safe" category with women.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 05:23 PM
1

I guess I should say, women that want children should be choosy enough to get a good, safe partner. I don't mean to give exact standards on what that is because I'm sure that definition is extremely broad. Someone they reject may be a much better match for someone else. It isn't a ranking system. Consider this: A man and a woman get together. Neither is objectively better than the other, but they are not compatible. They still decide they want sex, and the woman gets pregnant. They decide to spl…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 05:07 PM

It has its flaws, no doubt. My main point is that women have more to lose, and men need to better themselves rather than blame society/women for being unable to find a spouse. I think at least that much is true.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 04:18 PM
5

I disagree that most people are choosing long term relationships this way, except race probably does play a big factor whether conscious or not. There probably are a lot of people choosing this way for online dating/hookups. I don't really care about those though.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 04:16 PM
1

Most adults are in relationships though, so I wouldn't call this a crisis. I'm not trying to give you advice about online dating though, as I'm completely unqualified. I can tell you that I'm a good bit younger than you and am married without ever having used online dating though. It always seemed like a cancer to me, and those companies will make more money tossing you around than landing you with someone 😕
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 04:12 PM

Exactly.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 04:04 PM
5

I live in the USA, and birth rates are pretty good here. I wouldn't really want things to return to baby boomer levels. In fact that is the source of a lot of financial strain at the moment. This part is just my opinion, not a claim: overpopulation should best be solved ahead of time by leveling the birth rate. If we can't manage that, we will eventually reach an overpopulation crisis regardless. Some people would say we're in one now, but I think our current levels are manageable.

How much can one even improve themselves? Sure she can get fit, improve her personality, be more loving and caring etc but there is only so much that can be done thats not on a genetic level, and since we are mostly talking from a genetic and biological perspective, her perfect man is also gonna be picky and will want a woman who is also genetically blessed if he is gonna settle and provide resources for her for his entire life Both will do the best they can, but women have more to lose. Like yo…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 03:55 PM

Yeah, if women don't take care of themselves and can't make themselves desirable they will also fall out, same as men. They do still have to be choosier than men though due to the consequences of picking a bad mate, same as other species. The two statements are not exclusive. You are right though. Taking better care of themselves does give them more options, and they will likely pick the best they can.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 03:48 PM
8

That's a good point. When I first started dating I kinda went in with the mindset "I just want to find someone who loves me back." But that person was mean to my friends, couldn't hold a good discussion, didn't take care of their stuff, thought dolphins weren't considered meat because they lived in the ocean, etc. I really didn't realize where I went wrong until I was breaking up with her and she said, "but there isn't another you." And I felt kind of heartless because that was my mindset going …
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 03:42 PM
4

Yeah but in nature it's not about how much you improve yourself. It's about how much you improve yourself compared to your threats, needs, and competition. If everyone is putting forth a lot of effort, you have to realize that you are competing with them to impress women in that regard, not improving alongside them. If other people are still more impressive than you, with or without putting forth effort, it is not a woman's fault for picking someone they perceive to be better. Again, I'm not say…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 03:35 PM
3

Haha depending on what you mean by "effort" you may be right. If you mean effort to improve themselves though, no. Even if 80% men did less effort, the ones that would get good relationships would be the remaining 20%.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 03:26 PM
5

If women can't find a man the man they want, same thing. They need to improve themselves and not expect men to lower their standards. They do need to be choosier than men though. There will pretty much always be a man that will settle for them, and not vice versa. Single mothers for example are way more common than single fathers. My point is that females have historically been the gatekeepers for intelligent animals, it is a natural order due to consequences, and we can't expect that to change …
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 03:23 PM

Being prince charming is good, but no not everyone can make themselves attractive or social enough to find the best partner or even any partner at all. The point is that men need to search inward rather than outward for improvement.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 03:15 PM
10

And I don't fault men for that either for the same reason. Males are typically designed to seek out mates, and satisfying that desire with the best mate you can isn't wrong or unnatural. I just want men to understand that they need to improve themselves if they can, not expect things to get easier somehow.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 03:09 PM
5

Unfortunately yes. They don't do it because it's evil, even though most people would agree it is. They do it despite that because they are trying to satisfy animalistic desires. The uncomfortable truth is that it is another way to continue their gene pool, same as it works with animals. Fortunately though society does frown upon rape, murder, and slavery as a whole. Hence the reason the Taliban are often fighting for their lives.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 03:00 PM

My point is that we can't really create the marketplace for relationships at all. Technology and language do separate us from the rest of the animal kingdom in a lot of ways, but in the end our reasons and behavior regarding relationships and reproducing are not all that different.

That's a good question, and you're right. I am a man in my thirties and in a relationship now, but I was a bit of a late bloomer and didn't really have a romantic relationship of any kind until after highschool. I was very socially awkward, maybe in part because I was homeschooled until 8th grade. I'd say I'm probably average looking and a bit smaller than most men. /r/PurplePillDebate09/04/25 10:32 AM

You can't just assume there is a set assortative value for every person. Different people like different traits. I was a bit of late bloomers and didn't have any relationships until after highschool. I never thought to stop and blame society for it. Have space for platonic relationships, learn social queues, have other things to do in your life. The worst you'll end up with is a friend group, and that's really not a bad place to be. Which do you think is more realistic: 1) re-engineer modern soc…

I think it's important in the sense that you need things to have interests of some kind after work. For most people a social circle would be one, but it isn't strictly necessary if you don't want to have friends. Forming a strong social circle comes with sharing interests and to some extent beliefs. Hiking, collecting, crafts, video games, etc. we have to explore some to find out what things we are interested in. I think the biggest barrier isn't that people don't have interests but that they're…

Ok but send both the husband and the wife and the kids watch the house? The military isn't going to draft both. Also I think you underestimate what happens in combat. There's a lot of "running around with heavy things" no matter what your role is. Also, modern firearms are still decently heavy. Some women can do it very well, but I'd say not the majority.

She' right. As a man, how many women have you met aged 20-30 would you lose to in a fight? Probably some, but for the most part hardly any. As a husband/boyfriend, would you want your wife/girlfriend to be drafted instead of you? A few might, but the vast majority probably not. Men are the obvious choice over women. I only support the draft in dire situations, meaning imminent threat to your country. Many people don't support drafting at all, and that's valid too. My opinion above is just assumi…

It's not like it's hurting anyone or demeaning men. Just let them have it. No one I know celebrates it, but only because it's kind of frivolous like you said. That's my opinion

He did bring up something completely off-topic to derail the argument though. It was whataboutismin it's purest form. It's ok to talk about other things than the war. A better argument would have been "eSports are video games that nearly always have solo queue options. User's ranks are quantifiably justified, and the top tier rarely contain women. This may be because women are less skilled or maybe just because of a significantly lopsided male/female player base to pull from. In any case, rank i…

Yeah I totally get it, and women need that independence. Some women want to stay at home and that's fine, but it shouldn't be the only option. Antifeminism has been drifting further toward "anti-women's rights" lately.

Nope. You're saying unless they can be drafted to combat, they shouldn't have careers. I'm saying they should be able to have careers. Yes they may have to put them on hold during an intense war, just like men, but managing the home front instead of the battlefield. If you don't understand the difference then I don't think you're smart enough for me to explain to.

Women are expected to take care of the children and the home by themselves if a man is drafted. You think they don't have responsibilities just because we don't send them to the battlefield? Do you want a home to come back to?

I said it's men's responsibility to fight wars if it ever comes to that. A typical woman would not reasonably be able to fight in a war, while a typical man would. Equal rights equal fights is bullshit. We will nearly always win against women. Women shouldn't be construction workers if they can't lift. Women shouldn't fight in wars if you know they can't win a fight. Men and women are physically different. Does that mean women can't work an office job? No, in fact it's becoming apparent that the…

Didn't have to fight and won't unless dire emergency. If my homeland is threatened I will gladly take up arms. Only cowards would force women to fight for their country. Women can't have careers because they would have to go to war? Disgusting mindset.

Oh really? I've never been to war and still have rights. I guess I slipped through the cracks. I sure hope they don't find out.

So women can't have other rights without having to go to war? That's a hot take. I do think drafting or other forms of mandatory military services are wrong in most cases (unless the entire country is under severe threat). Drafting women just seems cowardly though. Men are physically stronger and more capable than women and you would have our women fight their men? Women can't even beat us at paintball, but you want to force them to fight in a real war with real guns? Just let them work if they …

Well, feminism for the most part isn't bad. Just try to narrow your approach to combatting what you find bad about feminism. Attacking an entire ideology is like punching a brick wall and hoping it will fall down so you can put up a new one. In reality you just have to patch some cracks. Just start small and reach for equality in job standards. Rise above the ultra-feminists that are anti-men (most real life feminists aren't like that). Above all, stay hydrated.

I do have a feeling there is some truth to it, even though there are no sources. However, considering his username (trumphassmallhands) we can assume it's more of a liberal US resident making these claims rather than a native there. If it's an opinion post, I'd really want to hear it from an Indian, not someone who "has done some online research" about the subject.

Eh, I was making light since he didn't really say anything specific about me just a general insult. tbh though, I don't really respect this topic. It very much sounds like incel material. I also don't really care if I get banned from this sub. Antifeminism is one thing, valid in some cases against certain feminist talking points. This post is more like "women that have had a lot of partners are dirty cheaters and can't be trusted." It makes me upset that people here want to buy into that. It has…

We are still talking about a girl's past sex life right? You're throwing a complete straw man fallacy. Worst thing is, it doesn't have anything to do with what we were talking about. I can't even engage your nonsensical argument without completely derailing. Bottom line is this: you seem to objectify women and judge them for their sexual history (based on quaziscientific statistics). Get to know them instead. Getting to know someone's full situation isn't a "gamble"

The point of dating is to have human interaction and learn more about each other, not say "statistically speaking, you have reached the maximum limit of sexual partners. You are no longer eligible to date me, as I surmise you are likely to have sex with other men. I only place my bets on sure wins. Women are like cars to me." That kind of thinking isn't reaaaallly healthy.

You guys can't seriously be buying into this ideology, right? Just judge dates on a case by case basis. People get way too caught up in statistics, and it leads to prejudice (not just in dating). I'm not saying just take whatever is available, just not to rely on statistics for relationship advice.
