They count committed suicides as just one because you can only kill yourself once, but when you fail an attempt you are able to attempt again, which skews the numbers since men are more successful in their attempts. This leads to women who attempt trying again and having it counted each time whereas the guy who tried and succeeded once because he shot himself is only counted as one.

There is a difference between unique benefits from being a woman or man and unique benefits granted to you because you are a woman or a man. One is biological, like men being able to build muscle quicker or women being more flexible in general. The other is given to you by someone else, and is not equal. I never said it was, I said that removing the benefits of being a single parent would reduce the number of them. If you couldn't just force a man to pay child support, many women would choose not to have kids. There would be no reason to baby trap, so that kid would never exist, and it wouldn't have a single parent. And what Colorado did is smart, and every state should do that. But it doesn't change the fact that when there aren't any benefits to having a kid, people aren't going to have kids.

That's because men still have an outgroup bias, whereas women have a much stronger in group bias. A society made and kept functioning by only men would still favor women. They would favor women less than a female dominated society, but there would still be a bias. Key word, "determined". If 10% are proven false, and 10-15% are proven guilty, that leaves 75-80% of cases that could go both ways. We may never know how common false accusations actually are, because it is hard to prove anything with this type of crime.

I am always so confused when people complain about being a SAHM. Like, you do some laundry and the dishes, make some food, and maybe clean some rooms and you are done. I agree completely, and you worded it better than I did so good job. Nobody should be able to force anyone to do anything but both parties should have a safe exit plan if they do not want to carry through. I also agree with your part on the government, and they definitely don't want to pay at all.

If the mother wants the child and the father does not , she will have the sole right over the child. The one thing I would add to this is that the father is not responsible at all for the child. No child support, no caring for the child, nothing. If he does not want it he is exempt from all of it in the same way the mother would be.

I think it should just be both consenting to having the child or you don't have it. Solves most of the issues because if a woman wants one she can get it and if the father doesn't want it he doesn't have to be responsible for the child. I don't disagree that it is not a great solution but it is probably the best we have. If the carriers are taught proper safety and were reasonable(ie. shooting when getting attacked not cause someone is behind you) it would work and women would feel much safer. There is a problem if men are getting shot because they are walking behind a girl vs when someone is attacking.
