Sorry, don't understand. If the divorce has happened and the properties have been divided, then why should they each be entitled half and half? Or is the divorce still pending?

Separation is the last step. Maybe meeting a counselor together and ironing out your issues and concerns more holistically. Your wife needs to commit to getting therapy regarding a loss she is experiencing in her life - it will take time, but a commitment to heal and be guided by a therapist is a must. Her sentiment for a second child is very important for her and you need to acknowledge that as well.

I rest my case .. shit will hit the roof if you don't take necessary action immediately.

Be observant - and has she agreed with your POV? I have gone through this and trust me, it gets bad.

EXACTLY in the same boat. The second child issue has blossomed into a nightmare now - she has become extremely abusive. She refers back to her criticism of me in the past as the reason for me refusing her the 2nd. And now I am more than ready to file - 7 years too late. Just need some balls to do it. This child issue can become big so my only advise to you would be to address that in an appropriate manner immediately.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
