*** 1 YEAR UPDATE*** I never thought this post would get the attention it did, I am extremely thankful for each and every one of you. While I was in jail for 30 months and in administrative segregation for 11 months, I thought my life was over, I had plans of ending my own life and I couldn’t stand the fact of being accused of such a terrible crime and being labeled as a monster. I was in the military the ENTIRE time (the military dealing with this in such a terrible way is a completely separate…

I sat in jail for 30 months for a false allegation, check my post. Keep your head high bro. I’ll say prayers.

A hung jury is not great. It’s the sole discretion of the prosecutor if he wants to proceed with a new trial. If the prosecution does, then a new trial is commenced. The rumor of “2 hung juries and then charges are dismissed” is not true. You can have as many trials as the prosecution chooses to render a verdict. If a judge sees that a jury would never be able to decide, the judge can declare a mistrial and dismiss the charges.

I was debating if I should start a go fund me. I didn’t want people to view me as a mooch. I didn’t wanna be that guy that’s like “woe is me, sad story, send me money”

Yeah you’re right. Thanks man I really appreciate it

Oh I fully intend too, people like you and the other guys who have commented and shown support have helped me so much

Don’t say you don’t care, because if you did, you wouldn’t be attempting to continue to twist shit and validate your reasoning to talk shit behind your twisting of what I’m saying
/r/MensRights03/12/22 11:32 AM
7

You’re right, it doesn’t matter. But after going through what I did. For someone as yourself attempt to say I’m lying and then trying to twist shit to support your claim is annoying. I responded to every claim, multiple times, that you made and you’re ignoring my validation to all of your claims and just continuing your shit

I don’t. I said multiple times I’ll be releasing music. Did you even look me up on Twitter? I have no content. Did you look me up on Spotify? I don’t have a creator account. What the fuck is your issue?

The whole truth? I explained myself pretty fucking well. I can’t give every single detail because this is so fresh and I’m initiating a lawsuit and I don’t want my info public until the lawsuit is done. I had a hard time in court because the speedy trial right for my state was suspended I had a hard time in court because the accusation was serious so I didn’t get a bond, You’re saying, “I thought you didn’t have music”, you’re right I don’t. I said that this experience motivates me to start and …

It’s not looking more obvious than ever. I’ve said 3-5 times now. This is the same story on multiple pages, so I treated it as my first post because I haven’t posted ANYTHING else anywhere else other than this. If you want to be that technical, the. This is my 3-4th post…. Of the same story…. On 3-4 other communities. I’m not angry, if you just went through what I did, and you had someone like yourself attempting to talk shit/discredit/ and accuse me of lying about it, you’d get pissed too.

Okay, it does. But I don’t have music on my Spotify . My profile is 17 hours old. I made multiple posts to 2-4 groups because I wanted advice/support/ good vibes from multiple sources. You sound sad as fuck trying to say I’m lying about such a traumatic experience. How many times in other comments do I have to explain this to you

Again, show me where i said this is an alternative account? What inconsistency? Are you okay?

Again. I’m new to Reddit. This is my first post, regardless if it’s in another group, it’s my first post cause it’s the same story. I wanted as much support and positivity as possible, so I reached out to multiple groups

You literally just linked the very post you’re commenting on. If you’re going to talk shit and try to discredit what I’m posting, at least do it in a manner where it doesn’t make you look fucking stupid.

Show me where I said this is an “alternative account” because I never did .. this is my first post. I’m considering this story my first post, regardless if it’s in a couple more groups other than this one. Who the fuck shit in your cereal?

I never included a link to my Spotify. I don’t have one. I said this situation motivated me to make music, what the fuck is your problem? I posted to multiple groups, some got deleted, some didn’t. I wanted to try to reach out to as many people as possible so I could get advice and vent, you would stupid as fuck.

The Navy does not get involved with civilian criminal matters. If my accuser was military or my spouse then the ucmj takes oversight, JAGS do military law only.

Once all is done, and everything is finalized. I will in fact go public, I will use my legal name and the name of the detective and my attorney will be backing me, both my attorney who helped me get free and my civil attorney. I fully intend to be a voice for the ones who are silenced and lost. I will make sure the public knows what happens

UPDATE: I made this Reddit account to anonymously tell my story and see what Reddit was about. This was my very first post and you guys have made an amazing first impression. I literally feel like you all are my friends and the support and love you all show helps my emotional scars beyond words.. One of you stated the best revenge is success, that is so true…. And that’s what I’m going to do. I’ve been doing music my entire life. I plan on using these past 30 months as the roots of my foundation…

I think that women who make false rape accusations should be arrested, charged with a sex crime, and then have to report as a sex offender. Who agrees?

Damn I’m so sorry you had to go through that. That must have been terrible. My ex is somewhat similar so I can relate to toxic relationships. Keep your head up man. Thank you for the support

I’m suing the detective obviously for a violation of my 14th and 5th amendment due process clause, and for loss time with my daughter, mental anguish, and literally anything else my federal lawyer can stuff down the detectives throat

Maybe this will shed some clarity… When I was arrested, I was arrested months before Covid-19 peaked in 2020. The courts were closed and the “speedy trial” rights for my state were suspended by the Supreme Court of my state. So I sat there waiting to be seen by a judge, on no bail. Given the nature of the accusation, they all believed her. So I was denied bond. In my state, we have a speedy trial rule that says after the preliminary hearing, I have to have a trial done within 5 months (if I’m he…

Bro no. I was sitting in jail for 30 month WAITING for my jury trial. No sentence was done.
/r/MensRights03/12/22 01:47 AM

Yes. I was there for 30 months…. I was arrested in 2020 at the PEAK of COVID-19. My state suspended the “speedy trial” rights of everyone because courts were getting infected with covid, no one was working, and the speedy trial laws got resumed at the end of 2021…. Then I had to sit and wait for everyone who was arrested before me to Goto trial and wait my turn. I was denied bond and never bailed out. I rotted in that hell hole for 30 months.

Thanks bro, I spoke to a federal civil lawyer today. He said I can 100% sue the detective, especially because once the DNA came back as not mine but someone else’s, and the detective still arrested me. I get a huge back pay check of 30 months cause I was in the Navy. My command didn’t believe the BS, so they kept me active, just cut my pay. I’m still active duty and so thankful. A massive federal lawsuit is in the works….. As for my accuser, the lawyer said I can sue her, and I will. But he said…

Thanks man.. honestly. I thought about hanging my self multiple times every day. I knew I was innocent and there was a very tiny tiny voice in my head telling me to fight. If I killed myself, I’d disappoint my best friend, and my mom and dad. I’d disappoint them enough, and the thought of disappointing them again by killing myself helped me not do it. And to be honest, I found faith in God. I’m prayed every day, for 30 months that I’d wake up and have it all be a nightmare. My best friend and mo…

I’m in the US Navy, I’m still active duty. My command has deemed my incarceration as “excusable lost time” … See NAVADMIN 1600-100 I was fully exonerated of all charges. I lost custody of my child, my family was torn apart, my mental and psychological health was destroyed. For the last 11 months of jail I was isolated in administrative segregation in a cell by myself where I left once a week for recreation.
