You'll notice this a huge trend in "real life" and on the internet. Men not calling out other men, but happy to go to bat against a woman/call out women's opinions on men, because they are spineless cowards. They know statistically speaking a woman won't curbstomp them or doxx them so they run their mouths at women.

These types of women remind me of the lyric from Mad Woman by Taylor Swift: "She should be mad, should be scathing like me, but no one likes a mad woman." No one "likes" a mad woman, but you either transcend the mentality of giving a fuck what people "like" and get mad, or you die a breaking mom type.

I recently saw Midsommar and it was a form of therapy in regards to the gaslighting antics of shitty men. The beginning is extremely "triggering" for me in that I went through something eeirlely similar with my dad dying and my boyfriend at the time (direct quote from ex: "If you go to the hospital looking sad, WHAT IF A GUY COMES AND TALKS TO YOU??"), but the ending had me smiling to he sure.

I've been an "adult orphan" with no family support since I was 20...And yes. These men are predatory. Please listen to me, ladies. The minute I open my mouth and say that, I've been targeted by abusers galore. I no longer say anything until I am asked directly. And if/when I do, I drop them at the first sign of manipulation.
