You need to educate yourself. For a starter let me tell you indian ( vedic) logic system. We use five point logic instead of binary in abrahimic. Since west( Brits in particular) needed to justify their barbarity of colonial era they destroyed vedic culture, knowledge and termed us uncivilized people needed to be civilized( the famous hamites). Yes. But please read from standard publishing. I would recommend reading one published by OSHO. He connects the meditation with sexuality, if you want to learn that. He deals with polarity as David Deida talks about. (I think David Deida was his disciple) If you are reading for spritual depth only read one by lakshman swami.

Totaly, I have read his other works too, enlighten sex, blue truth and intimate communion. First book contains meditation exercises and then I moved on to vigyan Bhirav Tantra. Since I'm Hindu so these concepts were not alien to me. My transition and growth (rather depth) was smooth. Finally I read bhagwat gita and I felt complete.
