What you also could do is just unhide the uninteresting updates from people or simply delete them. I use FB just like a newspage for stuff I am interested in. I rarely post something.

As a guy from Europe with Asian roots, I'd always want to say this somewhere and sometime. Just some advice and maybe a bit stereotypical: Eat with your fucking mouth closed; Lift your damn feet up when walking; and for the Indians, because the fact you like to eat spicy food, be more aware of your bodily scent.
