1	I realized what my problem is... I know exactly what you mean. Sure you can try the whole 'fake it til you make it' routine but that just makes me feel worse about myself, like I have to pretend to be something I'm not because I'm not good enough as I am. If you really want to feel good about yourself and confident then you need a real reason. Get a job, get in shape and achieve all those other goals of yours and you will gain REAL confidence.
