| 2 | How do I learn how to stop analyzing, let loose and have more fun?I have a similar issue. I also like to analyze things, but for me it's more about overthinking. It doesn't matter if I'm talking to a guy or girl (though with girls it's worse), I will analyze the conversation, the length of silence between speaking, amount of eye contact...and then I feel really awkward. The only thing I've found that helps is to be just a little stoned. Not blasted, just enough to feel a little floaty. For me, it takes away any unnecessary inhibitions.
