I'm 6'1 and was 156 lbs last summer, my metabolism is also fast as fuck. I assume it's because of my body type and because I'm young (20), maybe you are too. I started lifting last summer, beginnging in early july. In september when I had a job and apartment sorted out I thought fuck this, I want some results, I need more carbs. My biggest problem is that I haven't grasped the concept of frame completely. I'd say it's me steering the conversation, disregarding comments or things she says that takes it in a direction different from mine. Is this right? Can someone explain more practically what the concept means, maybe examples of situations where the guy breaks frame and another where he doesn't. Would appreciate help, but I might be a bit late to this thread.

This used to be me, still is to some extent. I think it was because unconciously I didn't think I was good enough for a really good looking girl. When a girl showed interest in me, I lost mine. There's no way this is some orchestrated scheme to gain more attention and wealth, by a 16 year old. Women may be that deceitful but a girl at 16, really? No I think it's way more probable that she's sincere. Plus, I find it hard to believe that a girl that young and good looking is smart enough to think through, well pretty much anything

This reminds me of The Brilliant Idiots podcast when they discuss fans and stans (from eminems song) and they think that women are far more invested as fans and there are more women than men stans because women get way more emotionally invested in the artist and the songs. And that's the kind of fans you want right? The loud and dedicated one, the one that buys all of your shit.

Before his "debate" with Piers Morgan, I thought the material produced by Alex Jones was a bit over the top but interesting and almost believeable, but when he proved himself to be a complete nutjob at that debate I lost every shred of trust in that guy I had. And I just can't be selective with his stuff and choose what to believe in and what not to, not when it comes to Alex fucking Jones.

Tony Robbins has a really interesting story as well, I'm surprised no one has mentioned him yet. He went from being too poor to afford food to hosting 'self improvement' seminars, coaching the best of the best in any given trade or sport to help them improve the the last percent and go from great to incredible.

The only thing stopping most of us from doing what we want, or what we know we should do is fear. The fear of not succeeding, the fear of being rejected.
