Just be comfortable in the silence. Do not look at your phone, stay calm, and just embrace it. When things get quiet between you and friends you do not think its awkward. Not all moments need to be filled with conversation. Mentally take a breathe and just transition to what ever comes naturally.

To be fair in this video he was 1/3. Which is reasonable but he acknowledged his first rule is usually 1/10. So lets just say he is 1/30. And I would say he's a relatively attractive guy. I was a camp counselor for four years for maybe six years for eight weeks each summer. During this time there was a one hour period where the four year olds learned how to swim. Always bring a condom. If you don't use it then its for next time, but if you do then you're prepared. Theres no downside to bringing one and actually a lot more bad can come from not (such as not having sex at all, pregnancy, std)

And a tip I found for working out is focus on progress not on other people. It seems silly but I think most people give up because they are way behind in the beginning, but thats where everyone starts. So really you are like everyone else.

Great read but do not pick something as a hobby just to pick up women. You have to be passionate about it before hand but you didnt have the guts to do it. Trust me, if you can go on talking enthusiastically for hours about binge watching Buffy The Vampire Slayer rather than a random hobby you picked up for the sake of it you will come off better for it. I trust everyone currently has an interesting aspect of their life they can talk about.

I have a couple questions concerning this though: How often were you playing in comparison to reading the books? How much new stuff were you trying to implement all at once? Its the same on here as for any sports. You cannot change your form radically and expect not to suck. Change little aspects at a time (if things were working for you earlier) and add the improvements you need to learn from books a little at a time.

I've tried Yoga. First of all its a hard work out if you haven't done it so I would give the first few lessons trying to get it down. (Then again I met most of the people asking how to do stuff or for advice). Just don't stare at their asses and get ready to sweat and get put in your place athletically by girls. (NOT THAT THERES ANYTHING WRONG WITH THAT)

Fake it till you make it. Act confident and that you do not give a shit. Eventually it will come through this way. Also there is nothing wrong with nervousness. I am sure the big PUAs all still have it but it motivates them instead of prevents them from succeeding.

In my experience: a) Witty remarks (like yours) get a good response rate. b)hi gets better than nothing c) nothing gets nothing. I would go with that line. Not that I would use it or anyone else here (although many might) but I always say go with something you would say or else youll need to keep coming back to ask for responses and then shes "flirting" with Seddit and not you.
