5	Male feminists are even worse The reason it’s there is so you couldn’t keep someone in jail indefinitely by coming forward with new witnesses claiming to have seen it when just being paid off to keep an inconvenience behind bars and other shady things like that. So how do you define likely? And how would that reduce the false positives if it lowers the standards and increases conviction rate? Also the ratio was an example. The basis of our legal system is that it’s better to have 10 guilty men walking around than 1 innocent falsely convicted. The problem is women do due false accusations. Not always but they do and it’s wrong to ruin someone’s life because of a false accusation. Do you have a better idea than our current system of due process? Why should the father pay for the shopping bills of the mother when the father earned it. It supposed to be for the child. That’s why child support exists. What reason is there ethically the father should pay more than the mother spends on the child. If 800 dollars is spent a month on the child then each parent should provide 400 of it.
