Woman, 36, Married, 3 Kids I was in the same boat as you. I met my husband online because I was such a social pariah in my hometown. The fat and ugly sister. The problem child who lived at home. I never gave up. I kept putting myself out there. I went back to collage at 24 on my own with no parental help. I moved out to crappy apartments for as long as I could before I had to return to my parents house. I worked 3 jobs. I was in the world. I may have been socially stunted but to heck with that. …

The appeal for me is that I don't give a flying hoot about the "workplace." Been there, done that for 20 years since I was 15. I wanted kids, I did not want anyone else to raise them. It just made sense for me to stay home. My husband and I share one bank account and it's OUR money, not his. We make decision on big purchases together, everything else is pretty much whatever as we need. Its a partnership and I have a job and he has a job. I am my own boss in a joint venture.

I (34f) am a stay at home mom of two girls (2.5yrs) (5mo). My husband and I are both Christians. As wives we are called to submit to our husbands but in exchange our husbands are to love us more than they love themselves. If they are failing in that, I can understand why a woman would feel short changed, trapped, and disrespected. Men are accountable to God for how they treat their wives and what direction they lead the family in. Asking permission to spend money is not Biblical. A good woman is…

I am 34 years old. I always wanted to marry young and have children. When people would ask me it your age where I wanted to be in 5 years I would say, Married with Children and a stay-at-home mom. I didn't date in high school either. High School boys are stupid. I wanted somebody who was serious and who I could be serious about. I had the opportunity to date in my early twenties but I never found anyone I was willing to give my first kiss to. When I was 26 I met my current husband online. We act…

Women are the selectors of mates in our society. Its true that women want men who challenge them and make life interesting. They like a man who makes her feel small and sexy (hence hight) and women crave stability (hence wealth). These are not bad things to want. The biggest problem is when you look to marry someone already "complete" rather than marry potential. My husband graduated college the week we got married and had no job for two years. We lived off 30k a year in California. Read ABJECT …

Seems like that is overthinking it. My hubby is constantly in his boxers. I regularly wear just his shirt and a thong. Being naked is not something we find as unusual. He likes to grab a boob as I walk by. Its nice. What mystery i want kept well under wraps is my toilet time. That is our limit.

I found the best way is to find happiness outside of your body. My husband loves me, even when I feel insecure he is still chasing me around the house for some nookie. I have to trust his judgement. I have two beautiful daughters. I love being their mom. That is happiness. We pulled ourselves out of poverty. Being at ease with money is a blessing. My family is healthy and so am I. Happiness is what you make it, it doesn't happen by accident.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
