It's written by a woman and the protagonist is supposely some kind of sociopath. Perhaps the focus of the writer was in portraing this unique psycho, but if you watch it through rep pills lenses you can see a lot of universal feminine truths in the way she manipulates everyone around her to get what she wants. Just to add: what helps me building momentum is going through 30 day challenges, and keeping a tally on the wall of how many days have I done already (and how many to go). It's crazy how easy it is to get up at 5am, immediately go for a quick 20 min run, come back make coffee, meditate for 20 minutes, and start working on your project if that's what you have done for the last 30 days.
