Honestly, I do think he has an anxiety disorder. I brought this up to him before the pandemic, that he is anxious and finds things to be anxious about, but he said life had taught him that level of vigilance was necessary. His anxiety issues weren't effecting me before the pandemic and now they are. Compounding all this is that because he's working so much, his Mom is processing/ cooking his foods. I don't have that offer and need to process my own via his protocols... and it turns out I'm react…

Love it! Has been my experience; I couldn't stay with other men because they wouldn't let me shift through my different sides. Part of me and Captain becoming a couple was him encouraging those different aspects to come out. So healing.

Learn social skills! Read books about it. The wiki here is solid. Maybe be curious about him, float more questions about what's going on in his life? Generally guys are so not used to having girls be curious about their lives, they cue in if you start opening conversations in a gentle way.
