would you mind dating someone uglier ?Yup, I did. I had my family even making fun of one my boyfriends. When I was dating I would have a crush on guys who weren’t necessarily handsome, but I’d be really super interested in them for other reasons like humour, confidence, their social life. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/12/21 02:25 PM
Q4Women: You find out that your boyfriend treated his ex better than you. What do you do ;Hmm sounds like there is an expected answer here. If said things that man (x) did for ex (y) were important to me, how did I end up in a relationship where these things were not being given regularly? 💀 | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/12/21 03:11 PM
TRP and FDS is less about self improvement and knowing your worth and more about getting back and every man or every woman in existenceWow. This actual sounds like real life. I think I’d be pegged as using a beta husband too, since when we met, I was 28 and he was 24. We married when I was 32 🥶 they must think he got the worst deal ever 😂 marrying a post wall woman when he was 28 😆 I tried explaining to him what the red pill was today. I’ve never seen someone frown in confusion that much. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/12/21 01:11 PM
Question for Women who prefer younger guys: What is it about younger guys that you feel works best for you? Would you prefer casual or serious or some kind of mixture of both where you date younger guys with the intention of seeing if you can build a relationship? Or does it matter?I’ve dated slightly younger men, because older men were mostly just never interested but younger men were. Not because I was looking out for them but those were the options. My husband is 4 years younger. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 15/12/21 09:31 AM
Q4W: Does someone being dismissive make you more interested in them?Nope, I like things straightforward and that’s how it was with my husband. If I’m interpreting dismissive correctly, wouldn’t that kill any possible interest that you would have in a guy? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 12/12/21 12:49 PM
Chasing someone out your leagueYeah I’m reading these subs out of curiosity but it’s leading me to think, is this what people really believe? That you are constantly ranking/ grading people, thinking you aren’t getting what’s due to you because other gender is xyz? Think maybe it doesn’t reflect real life in its totality (hopefully), in my country, you like a person, certain non looks things meet minimum standards, you are good to go. Most of all, when I was single and dating, dating was actually fun. Many people find dating … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/12/21 02:26 AM
Bitter Pills For Everyone: The chances of you finding that fairytale perfect princess or prince are next to nonexistentWhy do you think some people get stuck in this fantasy idea? Considering most of us are exposed to the same media/content as kids. I’ve had a friend admit that she just realised that things in romance/dating like the books and movies she’s seen. I get called the practical one, that can read people. Not sure if this holds water, but I was really social/ partied a lot in my youth, normal to go clubbing a huge group of guys and girls, who were not sleeping with each other. I feel people who don’t ge… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/12/21 02:34 AM
People of PPD who settled or were settled for by their partner how has or how did it go for you?Wow that is harsh. A supermodel could be dating a potato with stick on Googly eyes, and no one is going to say a thing here, in fact we don’t notice . I’m glad she feels better and I’m glad I live here 😅 looks really seem to be a huge priority in some places. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/12/21 11:24 PM
CMV: The push for feminism from beta men backfired.Yeah was wondering is he polling women about their beliefs and then about which alpha they slept with on Friday nights. Will he then cross check with the ‘alphas’ to see if the identified feminists are lying about sleeping with them to gain clout? 😅 an exhaustive social study | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/12/21 02:54 PM
People of PPD who settled or were settled for by their partner how has or how did it go for you?Would you mind sharing why you thought you were above her league? This thing about ‘leagues’ is interesting. Perhaps it’s innate in our partner selection or something but I’ve only learned these things on Reddit recently. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/12/21 08:04 AM
EVERYBODY values appearance in a partner way more than they want to believe…Not saying this is wrong, but looks really don’t matter that much to my husband. Like really they don’t, also I’ve come across quite a few guys like him. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/12/21 07:18 AM
I [28F] grew out my hair and am literally beating men off with sticksAlso a possibility but I do have good haircuts etc. It’s just that my face and frame is small. I don’t really stand out with long hair, short hair really brings my features into sharp focus. Also my hair is just thick, not frizzy but a lot of volume at the roots. It would look good on a person with a broader frame I imagine. | /r/RedPillWomen | 07/12/21 02:45 PM
Have you learned anything valuable from this subreddit? From a different country here, and how you described is how people actually behave. Didn’t even know the meaning of looks matched till I got a Reddit account. It’s more about dating people your friends happen to know, family wealth/status, career/education matching etc. People don’t give terribly behaved, good looking people a pass (unless they are really immature themselves). I feel what you are describing is normal behaviour I observe in real life, when I used to date. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/12/21 01:08 AM
Have you learned anything valuable from this subreddit?Asian woman here, albeit from an ultra developed Asian country. What I seem to gather is that some Americans seem to mistrust the other gender pretty badly. I get this sense that there is this really pervasive idea that people are hankering after things in a partner they can’t seem to get, this idea of leagues etc and that each gender is trying to one up each other. If people feel the same here, (not sure) they aren’t open about it at all. Dating seems less fraught with tensions. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 06/12/21 03:17 PM
I [28F] grew out my hair and am literally beating men off with sticksI have healthy hair and in general look worse with long hair, because my face is small and my hair is pretty thick ( though currently, I’m sick of my pixie and am growing out my hair for fun). I get told even by men, that I look better with a short pixie 🤨 I am in totally agreement that long hair is something that elevates most peoples look, and I really wish it could look good on me too 😄 I find it super feminine | /r/RedPillWomen | 05/12/21 08:37 AM
Are women really chasing after guys out of their league?Seems it will be the latter (we should hope), and this is strangely common here. Maybe because this is a small country but people tend to get partnered off pretty early, possibly getting married much later. Then what is left on matrimonial websites and dating apps is an actual horror show. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/12/21 12:36 AM
Are women really chasing after guys out of their league?Maybe this is culturally/community/country specific but I have some friends who are facing an issue because guys with actually nothing going for them, have unreasonably high standards. So it seems to be the opposite here :/ | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/12/21 12:32 AM
How do I peel myself off the wall?Skin: I’m not sure if this is helpful but can you get a good dermatologist to prescribe a good squalene cream for you? Also there are lasers that work for rebuilding and even soothing. I’m pretty sure this is temporary (albeit, extremely distressing!) Hair: in traditional Indian medicine (Ayurveda), hot oil based on your concerns can be done at an Ayurvedic clinic but I’m not sure you guys have any around? If you can get ahold of good quality neelibringadi oil, regular at home oiling should impr… | /r/RedPillWomen | 29/11/21 07:32 AM
