Dude when I first separated I tried hooking up with a 28 year old (im 35) I couldnt even get in the mood to do anything. I was married 11 years. I wish I knew all this before I made myself look like a fool. You think "its the love of my life its worth fighting for" meanwhile shes laughing at your sad texts and calls while blowing the new guy. I tried getting new women and cant form a connection for some reason after we hook up i go ghost even if I like the person. Just work out and be a better you and hook up occasionally trying to jump into other relationships for me at least has not worked out.
