4	Wingman App I imagine an app where the user inputs a general location and time, and people can navigate to a page where they can see others who have input similar parameters and can message one another to talk about where and when to exactly meet up. Then when they do, they use the app to confirm they’ve met up, so afterwords they can rate each other on their experience and the app can be assured that the users did in fact participate in their plans.
