I'm not sure how to make it any simpler, honestly. 7, 8, 9, 10 - No one has any clue what that means. She's either attractive enough that you'd be happy to sleep with/date or she isnt. Would you date a 7? 8? 6? Would you sleep with one? Would I? It is worthless.
