Yeah i thought hot seat would definitely give u the principles and show u the mindset that is needed to pick hot babes(but implementing them would be something different). 2	Does TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) help you with inner game? Hey man, not trying to tell u what to do but since you asked our opinion on TRT. I would say dont do it specially if you are 29, you're too young, probably your whole body is still processing the loss of your best friend and thats why you probably dont feel that feeling energy when talking to girls but it should come back.
