| 22 | One question in the mandatory sexual misconduct quiz for all students at the University of Oklahoma.Your analogy (getting hit by a car while drunk) would work if she was walking down the street and had nothing to do with the guy that came up to rape her and she happened to be drunk. Yet, she was drinking with the guy, flirting with the guy and participated in a mutual exchange. Just because she was intoxicated does not automatically make it rape. The question implies that he was similarly intoxicated. How is she any more of a victim than he is? | /r/MensRights | 12/12/14 06:18 PM |
