And there is a reason for 24% of men to not have to pay child support imho.

This is purely anecdotal but you should know that your wife will be the resistance you face while you progress. I have been internalized RP beliefs and have improved myself and my social skills. However, these improvements have shown me the child my wife is and at times it is good to recognize what can and cannot be changed. The only truth you can take from anything is you can change yourself to become a better, stronger version of yourself. However, your wife may not think so. Maintain your res…

This is why weight loss diets are horrible on many accounts. Especially the ones that cut calories through fat/protein. Someone will lose weight but its going to be 60-70% muscle mass, especially if they are doing moderate cardio 1x-2x daily.

I've been following this rule ever since swallowing the pill. It makes my wife pissed and I hear it all the time. The, "But she's your wife you have to do what she asks." Or the, "She's your wife you have to treat her well even if she treats you badly." Lastly, the, "she controls the house not you." All those similar phrases make me laugh in the faces of those who said them. I now command respect and will not downgrade myself again as I used to be a "nice guy" doing everything I could in hopes o…

Having been in the military I follow exactly as you state. Unintentionally I am always assessing those around me and gauging threats.

I couldn't agree more. Personally I enjoy caring for myself and improving myself especially physically and mentally. Plus looking good or at least feeling good can affect the vibe you let off a lot. Half the battle for me is feelings because who cares how they make you feel if you're already on top of the world in your own mind.

My only hope is the LTR would get a paternity test, but in reality he'd probably believe it to be his... If this were the case that is.

There are many groups of individuals and subs who hope for TRP to fall similar to the collapse of Rome. However, what those individuals fail to understand, especially the feminist males and white-knights, you will never understand the meaning of TRP until you are hurt unforgivably by a woman or society... Once you finally become the doormat of a woman and get continuously kicked while down then and only then will it open your eyes to how society treats men as disposable slaves rather than men.

This reminds me of a Phineas and Ferb episode that hit this on the mark where Doofenshmirtz the evil-doer took over the city and made everyone equal in that all men and women wore lab-coats and were named Joe. Edit-Words

I approach out of sport at times. For two reasons, fun and confidence building. Fun because I like the thrill of flirting and one can never be too confident.

This is what I do and I was surprised that my energy levels went up so much even though I cut carbs and ate a lot more fat in the forms of mono and polys.

Currently, my diet consists of a very-modified Keto diet. Most my meals are 3/4 oz meat and maybe a glass of milk with nuts in between meals. Example: BF- Two Eggs(Hard-Boiled) & Supplements 5000 IU Vit. D, 500 mg Magnesium Snack(If need be)- Serving of Almonds,Cashews, or Walnuts Lunch- 4oz Beef usually combined with some bell pepper(red) and possibly a flour tortilla and milk. Snack again Dinner- Salmon Fillet Snack before bed and Whey Protein I use this with MyFitnessPal to watch my calorie c…

Actually from a couple Korean girls I know they referred the white skin as "pure" and would go for white men. This is anecdotal as only a couple girls would ever give up their reasoning.

No offense but have you ever been to Korea? There are tough and more assertive Korean guys at the bar. However, not as many as you would think. On another note, as a white guy no matter what try not to get into a fight in Korea. You can essentially get swarmed by Korean guys if the fight wasn't noticed and fully justified.

This response was my exact view prior to my marital issues... This I realized there is truth to these used to be "empty words." Now I am a more enlightened and learned individual making huge positive changes for myself. Edit: Error Magnet.

Like the latter good for you! I had a similar experience where I got a run-around from the company I am going to be working for next month. However, my assertiveness and quick reactions to problems helped to rectify any and all issues right away. Did I add in its contract-to-hire so I can quit at any time to find a new job if I prefer elsewhere? If you haven't considered it contract work is fairly high pay and my male, semi-RP, therapist suggested that the best security is no security. This is t…

I had a similar situation where a fellow soldier(who was also white and a friend no less) was hitting on one of the plates I had while stationed in Korea. However, she quickly came running back to me when she realized I was down to flirt with any and every girl in the bar that night. I had her so tight around me cause girls were just walking up and saying hi to me.

The funny thing about this is that its so realistic. This is especially true in Korea and other less aggressive countries. Naturally Korean girls will float towards white guys because of two reasons, 1) Americans are more assertive compared to Koreans and 2) Much more dominant as well. Personally I'd never steal another girl away so blatantly but I felt the Asian guy had little respect in himself for; A) allowing this and B) not leaving her as soon as she started showing interest.

Like the previous comments be safe instead of sorry. Hell I'd even use spermicide alongside the condom to give them no chance at completing their goal.

When me and my wife were going through a hard time when I first started integrating TRP we had a huge fight where she was like dont ever come back to this housr. In turn I went to the gym, like I initially planned, came back and when I got done with my shit for the night I went to my bed. And she told me to sleep on the floor... old beta me would've listened, instead I told her to fuck off and I am sleeping in my bed.

You are absolutely right. For me I found watching porn reduced my overall erection consistency due to fantasy triggers... After not watching porn for close to a month now, anecdotal of course, I have found erections to be stronger and quicker in terms of reactions and sex or just a regular old fap without porn to end with much more satisfaction.

I dated a girl from Korea, while I was stationed there, and can attest their schooling is ludicrous and borderline suicide provoking. Either the kids were so docile they went with it, committed suicide, or were hyped up on medication...(Wish I had known that before we dated)

Okay, for example, last week we rectified the dead bedroom by me removing her from the pedestal and disengaging my focus from her to other areas. However, this cause her on Saturday to hit me with the, "I don't feel like you love me anymore." As a result, I spent the whole day trying to make her feel loved... Then I ended falling into the same needy trap I always do when I put that much focus out there. I made advances on her which she did not desire because I was giving off a needy vibe by tryi…

Now my question is; how can a married man withdraw attention in order to alleviate mental and physical stress? At times I find myself doing it by accident through methods like gaming or just doing what I want. Unfortunately, the consequences are annoying tests, such as "I don't feel like you love me anymore" and other ignorant comments.

Absolutely true, while stationed in Korea I ran into this stigma, which personally I didn't think was a bad thing. It made it more challenging and fulfilling when the eventual conquest took place. I wish Western girls weren't so easy to give it up honestly, makes me disgusted at times...

My wife was the most defining trigger pushing me to TRP. Earlier in our marriage I was much more dominant due to being a joint military couple. However, soon after ETSing from the Army I quickly intigrated blue pill habits that in turn caused me to seek help from a psychologist due to depression and unhappiness. Fortunately, during the beginning stages of seeking the help from a psychologist he led me down the path to effective meditation and suggested I work out more(prior to this I used to wor…

This is why I cant wait to start my new job in just over a month and a half... ive been out of work for a year as a stay at home father. Over this year I had started lifting heavily and ended up quitting after four months when hamstering insued. I can say since taking the red pill ovet the past two months not only do the shit tests bother me less. I have come to realize I'm still young and shouldn't deal with petty shit tests by being the nice guy. Now I am lifting everyday again and focusing pr…
