I recommend the book 'Convict Conditioning' to anyone looking to master their bodyweight. It features a "10 step" progression sequence for six major movements. By the time you reach the 10th step, the "master step", you'll be doing one-arm pushups, one-arm pullups, one-leg squats, and so on -- for reps, with strict form.

I believe that every man should be able to jog continuously for at least 25-30 minutes, around 5km (3.2 miles) without stopping. If you can't accomplish that minimum, you're too heavy, or really out of shape, or both.

Well, for me personally the reason is that I'm 'all in' on mastering my body-weight. That means strict one-arm pushups, one-arm pullups, one-leg ATG squats, and so forth. As well, I want to become a competent runner. In order to best accomplish those two goals, I don't want to divert any energy into lifting iron. My workout schedule currently looks like this: Workout 1: Push-up variations; Leg Raise variations; Pull-up variations; BW Squat variations (5 sets or so each) Workout 2: Run (5km); Pla…

I recently transitioned from years of pumping iron in the gym to exclusively doing body-weight training outdoors and taking up running as a serious discipline. I love it. There is a primal connection that is made when exercising outdoors that you just don't get in the gym - particularly if it is a commercial gym plastered with TVs and pop music. And I'm developing the best tan of my life, to boot.

Appelbaum is an enemy of the intelligence community. Wouldn't surprise me at all if the NSA and friends decided to put a reputation 'hit' out on him.

Well, we agree that the Eurozone is a mess, at least. But we differ in that I don't see QE as a 'solution', it is only a stop-gap. It's like stuffing dirt into a gunshot wound. Maybe you won't bleedout in 90 seconds, but you still got fucking shot and it is that underlying issue that needs to be addressed. QE doesn't fix the fundamental issues which are causing massive deflationary forces to need to be resisted in the first place.

Every investor makes fundamental assumptions which guide their investment decisions. No one knows the future. That's the nature of risk: we can make calculated decisions based on the information we have access to, but that's the best we can do. My fundamental investment assumption? A decade of near 0% central bank rates and exponentially growing national debts around the globe indicate that the crisis of 2008 was not "solved", it was merely diverted. If you think that that permanent 0% interest …

You know what the best preforming asset class during the 2000's was? Gold. And yes that's after inflation. Here are two factors to take into consideration (or which I do, at least): there is a massive "fear premium" to be reaped in the event of a future debt crisis (which is mathematically assured to occur within the next few years); when this crisis is triggered and people panic, their capital flies to the safest nest, and nothing is safer during a debt crisis than physical precious metals with…

When I plowed all my 'gambling' money into a leveraged VIX fund in the fall of 2014. Doubled my money in a couple weeks and then cashed out. That wasn't really an "investment" though, that was purely speculative. All my long-term investment money currently goes towards physical silver bullion. Has yet to pay off, but if/when the next 2008-style debt crisis shocks the world, it won't be bonds that are the safe haven - it's gonna be physical precious metals.

I've worked at a jail for 5 years. My experience there suggests that being "shredded" is quite meaningless when it comes to dominance, physical intimidation, and social status. 20lbs of extra bulk makes an incredible difference. Where I work, I wouldn't trade that 20lbs of bulk for 7%BF, ever.

I've worked at a jail for five years, and I can say that what I've learned about physical confrontation from my experience there has heavily influenced my levels of confidence. When I walk into a public place, I can profile almost instantly how any random man would handle himself in a fight. And 80-90% of men out there are sheepish, passive push-overs. If you know how you react to physical confrontation, and you know that you can handle yourself, that sense of confidence can't help but ooze out …

Before watching this documentary, read this article: Russian Soldier Calls in Airstrike on Self When Surrounded by ISIS Now watch the video...particularly, when watching the last section ("The Bravehearts"), keep this question in mind: Are these the sort of "men" who would call in a fucking airstrike on themselves if surrounded, pinned down by murderous gun fire, and certain to be captured or killed by a ruthless enemy?" The answer is a resounding... NO. The West is going to lose the Third World…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
