Ugh, no. Let me explain why I got that flair, courtesy of some immature mod. There was a post about female teachers having sex with male students. Someone mentioned that in our society that scenario is not judged as harshly as a male teacher with a female student. I agreed that I see a huge difference between the two, but that society's double-standard should not guide the courts. Justice should be blind. Apparently, that was enough to earn that flair.

Well, yeah. More and more people are coming to realize that. Just the other day a cop in New York, iirc, was caught on video saying to a person: "Do you want me to fear for my safety?" In other words: "Do you want me to beat the shit out of you, maybe kill you, and then say I was concerned for my safety to get away with it?" Which is relevant to this cop here. The people are real, and they have real cases, but the "court" that appears on television is not in any way affiliated with the justice system. The people agree to have their cases decided by Judge Judy, or Judge Milian, but they officially end their cases with the real court system. The judges themselves were once real judges, though.
