What the actual fuck kind of red pill incel dream scenario and weirdo anime nerd conversation was that. This is the dumbest shit I’ve ever read, you sound like you’re 12 year old and just have been with your first girl. The fuck is this dumb shit

21 as well Op. Some friends who know me really well from my childhood. They’re not the most successful, but they know me extremely well so it’s helpful to get their feedback and perspective regarding my choices and stuff. The rest are friends from university, medical students whom I studied with or law students that I’m currently studying with. I consider them more high-value. Many of whom are female and slightly more than friends. And then there’s mentors, people with much more experience and k…

Nice height. Good physique. Looks wise, I’d estimate between a 7-10 for most women, as they have somewhat different preferences (a woman who hates black people would likely find you a 7, is what I mean). In addition to the earlier reason, high fashion and modern modeling isn’t as focused on attractiveness but more on facial features and their uniqueness. An example is how a lot of the models are very lanky because the clothes look better, but it’s not necessarily more attractive. As they single …

The standards i maintain for the people close to me aren't arbitrary. They always change, but I'd say my standard simplified is that you're at least as good as the team, on average. Ie. you have a social circle in which everyone is well-educated, thus the requirement for the next person wishing to join (be a partner, friend, whatever) is to be similarly educated, either through a degree or by proving themselves capable and intelligent, over a probationary period. Now take that concept and appl…

I think we both agree more than we disagree. Realistically speaking my situation isn't relevant for the average person, which i am not. It's not a question of your opinion on how society should be dictated or about government. Its about fact. It's about the difference in me being taxed low 6 figures or high 7 figures. As much as being self sufficient appeals the mind of anyone on the self improvement journey the fact is that no man is an island. You can't reach anything by yourself alone, and yo…

Have you ever been to a captain's ball? A charity gala? A diplomatic reception? A state dinner? Ambassadors dinner? I'm talking about the events in which there is an expectation to bring a date, and both of you have to be formally networking. I'm not talking about bringing your 40k a year girl to your 60k year job. Places you meet people who make high 8 figures monthly, and where you can find real opportunities. It's clear from your misunderstanding of my comment that's not events or places yo…

Clinical evidence suggests otherwise. Lifting above 80% of your max deadlift over prolonged time will eventually hurt your spine. It’s due to the exceptional amount of stress generated. Mechanical tension, simple physics. Form here is irrelevant. There’s been numerous studies on this, and it’s logically sound. Bad form = injury likelihood high, while perfect form only reduces that likelihood. It’s still there, and far higher than most excersizes. Cumulatively, you will get hurt.

I think it depends on your own social class and economic position. I myself wouldn’t be with an uneducated woman regardless of her looks, because of the demeanor and class expectations I find myself dealing with on the day to day. You lose opportunity if the woman you’re standing with is sloppy, uneducated and low class. Especially those opportunities that are important and of the scope I seek. So, in the end it only depends on your position in life.

Trp like everything else is too all-encompassing and lacks nuance. There are certain principles (mainly regarding empowering yourself) that trp gets right. Almost everything about evolutionary biology is bro-science except for certain limited principles that actually are true. Everyone on here who gets no butches and feel disreputable and amount to nothing seem to think they’re gonna be millionaires by manipulating frankly mid girls who have been abused their entire lives. There’s 2 good things …

A parallel that might not fit entirely is taking a fight knowing you’ll lose. You will get beat up, in sparring / fighting but in the end the opponent will respect you more for willing to take the loss, instead of cowering and being afraid. Also, “cutting off” means cutting off your sexual attention towards someone who isn’t reciprocating it, not necessarily never speaking to that person again. I hope that’s clear to people here. I’ve noticed more and more people not understanding the basic tena…

Nah. I own my own medical franchise as well as my clinic. I make enough money as to it being impolite to give you a number. I’d rather compete with the “higher standards” and work it takes to afford a nice life here, where I was born than to take the easy way out. 500k and you’re set for life in any third world or poorer country. It’s probably a very comfortable life, especially with labour being cheap. Great work, good job. Personally, as a man I find it cowardly to escape my home because there…

Personally, I don’t take advice from people less successful than me, so all that you say remains irrelevant. Sometimes, I sidestep that rule if a person has a particularly keen reflection. You owning a golf, not understanding what metaphor means, thinking fair critique = hate tells me all I need to know about you. Dumbfuck

Your statement is contradictory and contains at least 4 breaches of logic, that’s after briefly looking it over. Do you know what a metaphor is? Dumbfuck

It’s not a contradiction it’s a metaphor. The same personality flaws and shortcomings that incels have are found within most of the rp community. I think there’s a reason you have your own upvote and I have 50+. Keep in dickriding trp and hope your life gets better. It won’t. Sure, instead off jacking off in your basement 5+ times a day you specifically, might be able to get with a 5-6 a few times a week. Congratulations, life fulfilled right there. The main problem is that hedonism has never an…

Dumbest shit I’ve ever heard. No one philosophy is perfectly truthful and adhering to one as such is foolish. Trp is an opposing force to the general feministic and blue pill movements, so it naturally contains much substance just for oppositions sake, not to mention blatant misogyny. There’s only a handful of things that are worthwhile to learn from trp. And even those are found in abundance elsewhere. Trp is a bunch of incels who get laid.

No stronger “community” than a family, not a group of men acting like brothers, but loving children and a wife.

It’s because you’re indulging in meaningless hedonism man. The main problem with trp is that it doesn’t fulfill anyone. It’s better to be an unfulfilled Chad vs an unfulfilled loser, both lack of fulfillment hurts either way. I’d say, try not to run up the body count as soon as you start getting good with women, yes it’s hard, but it’s the right thing to do. Find the “one”. Yes trp essentially says that doesn’t exist but it’s not entirely true you just need to pay attention. Start a family man.

There are. If the definition is heavily ambitious, intelligent, efficient and skilled, there are many women who govern their lives by such principles. The difference is that they don’t self-identify as red pill or mgtow, because it’s moronic to do so. I myself would say that I’m highly ambitious and frankly, very successful especially for my age (no it’s not a brag it’s a part of the reflection). I’d also say I do believe in some red pill principles, and disagree with others. Most red pillers wo…

It’s exhilarating to truly excel and most people will not truly experience that. I’d say that’s reason enough, if the money, status, respect, helping humanity doesn’t do it for you. Then the question arises, if we’re only doing life once, why not truly excel and apply ourselves the most? If you wanted to be annoying you could say the opposite applying yourself the least, is equally valid. It sure is. There’s no universal objective reasoning for this.
/r/TheRedPill27/11/23 07:36 PM

And it’s completely unrelated to ops situation. It looks like you’re just trying to brag about your life and this is not the place for that. Not too mention you’re bragging about something most of us would call mediocre, which is just sad.

Congratulations. I don’t remember asking you about your life. I would personally not say your life is ideal or something to look up to but my standards are likely higher than yours.

Being toned is more attractive to girls than being buff. But this dude is over with. He’s saying he got good game dresses well (you can’t dress well if you’re 90kg at 5.9 your body doesn’t look well) and got a good haircut and he’s getting with fat goes once a year.
/r/TheRedPill25/11/23 09:02 PM

Honestly, for you? No. You’re 24 and 5.9 weighing 90kg you’re basically obese. And you’ve been “studying game” and dressing well, plus haircut = getting unattractive girls according to you yourself honestly you are not and will not be attractive to most girls.

A little context, I’m 21 years old. My parents are very good with money but growing up we didn’t have lots of it. As of now, we’re very comfortable (I’d dare say in the beginning stages of wealth), but it’s mainly due to investments and proper spending credit to my parents. As to not be burdensome I’ve tried my best to never ask my parents for money. Whatever, pretty normal for many teens. I started studying medicine at a top uni in my country last year. As I did I started receiving a stipend of…

And the last step is reintroducing them in your life, as to where you interact with them scarcely. Sometimes you’ll learn a lot observing people different than you. I changed my entire philosophy on money because of a drunk girl. She wasn’t an idiot however, but the point stands.

I don’t think this post is particularly lazy. I’d say it’s about the effort of the average post in this sub. If you’re holding the weight like Jason momoa or Tristan Tate that’s an amazing physique
/r/TheRedPill10/10/23 03:12 AM

1g per kg of weight if you’re strength training. That’s the standard, not per pound. 90kg your maintenance should be around 60g a day. You up that to 90 and you will get optimal muscle mass growth. Anything above that is simply urinated out. Feel free to drink protein shakes and whatever but excess protein is filtered and urinated out daily.
/r/TheRedPill10/10/23 03:10 AM
2

I mean if you’re at 93 kgs depending on your height, and shape you’re an absolute monster. In another life I’d bulk up to 90 man, but at the moment I’m bulking up to 70kg already losing some athleticism. I’d be too stiff at that weight.
/r/TheRedPill10/10/23 03:07 AM
2

200g of protein is 3x what your daily average should be. You don’t understand math it’s 1-2g or kg of body weight. If you weigh 100kg (which is far above average weight) you’d need 150g of proteins. You see by how much you overshot it?
/r/TheRedPill08/10/23 08:36 PM

I said I’d rather do 10 excersizes for both than deadlift. Perfect form deadlifts will hurt you eventually. It’s an injury prone technique
/r/TheRedPill08/10/23 08:34 PM
-2

Your protein intake is completely incorrect. 200g of protein is 1/5 kg of protein. You’d realize how insane that was if you understood the metric system
/r/TheRedPill08/10/23 07:22 PM
16

Don’t deadlift. No matter. Do 10 back and 10 leg exercises instead of deadlifting. It’s the highest probability of injury. You will injure your spine deadlifting doing high loads over time it’s an inevitability. I work in the er. Gym related injuries are almost always deadlift associated. You injure your spine properly that’s chronic back pain for the rest of your life.

controversial opinion maybe but just as the bulk of the wealth of the world is reserved for the 1% happiness is also reserved for a group of men and women who manage their lives exceptionally well. If you've lived wrong or unfulfilling for the first 20-30 years of your life, you're likely not part of that group. That doesn't constitute you'll never be happy, but you wont be in a state of contemptment for the majority of your life.

Instead of being pseudoscientific on a redpoll subreddit apply yourself. If I were to ask you what academic pursuits or qualifications you have you’d be lackluster ie. “In reality nothing was done”

Depends on if you’re a fair person or extremely red pill brainwashed. You’re not better at life than every woman that exists, which means they’re doing at least something in a way that you’re not. That’s just an example to illustrate that just like there are a million men better at life than you, there’s a million women too. Thus, having established that they can have more knowledge than you, or be smarter than you, or be better financially, do you genuinely not see how they can make you better?
/r/TheRedPill07/06/23 09:54 PM

There’s no such thing as intrinsic knowledge. The value of wisdom from a quote has little to do with who uttered it. It’s about what meaning YOU can derive from it, in any way. Nothing interpersonal on the internet is real.
/r/TheRedPill15/05/23 09:58 PM

And? Does the source of his content make it less meaningful, or does it hinder your ability to extract from it? It doesn’t. So op point (even though it’s cliche and I somewhat disagree with the premise) still stands. It’s a reasonable post and fits the subreddit. A thought being unoriginal doesn’t mean it’s unhelpful. You’re naive.

Some of this is true, but the data is simply not precise enough to conclude anything, there’s a lot of factors that determine iq. The most likely one that gives some parts of the human population “lower iq’s” are childhood diet. It is obviously not a coincidence that poor (I know I’m generalizing quite a bit) countries do worse in general average statistics than wealthier countries.
