Confidence matters a lot. Unfortunately, someone who might be (by society's construct) not as good looking will often be les confident. So you have more confidence to to 'catch-up' if you're less good looking, less tall, overweight, etc.

My guess is that you're too desperate to be liked, and not comfortable saying "No". Google "how to be more assertive", "how to me more confident", "how to learn to say no", "I'm afraid that people don't like me" It's also possible that you're afraid of conflict. My personal tip is that learning to say no is like a muscle. Youll get better at it by practicing. Try to say no to one thing every day. Even if it's small. If you get conned in saying yes, as soon as you catch yourself, get back to the …

My FIRST tip would be to STOP with the UPPERCASE on RANDOM words. No reason for it; it's distracting, it's incorrect, and it comes across as a little insecure / cry for attention / afraid to be ignored.

How do you make conversation with male friends? Do you also put so much pressure on yourself? Try to relax. You're trying too hard in having people interested in you. Girls are just guys with boobs. They're human beings, just like your male friends. There's no point of being terrified of them. People feel your anxiety, and that freaks them out. Your problem is you're terrified to be rejected, and people can sense it. They don't feel comfortable because you're giving them too much power. People w…

Pour aller your energy in bettering yourself. Work on being more charming, outgoing, fun hobbies, exercise, dress well, work on your confidence. Also, you need to meet more people. Focus on making new friends, meeting people online or real life, with the goal to enjoy yourself and meeting people. I can guarantee you that things will start happening. I the meantime, not much you can do, except work on yourself and try to be supportive for your friend. Edit: don't risk a friendship on this. Unless y…

Most people can get this vibe from you that you're terrified, and that makes them less likely to flirt with you. Work on your confidence.

Do you have friends? Are you able to talk to strangers, any strangers? If not, you might have some social anxiety. I would start there. Walk before you run

Maybe you have insecurities and think sleeping with lots of women will make them go away.

Maybe you should forget about your goal or getting dates or numbers. Just let it go for now. Just focus on being relaxed, having a good time and get to know new people. Maybe you come across as 'wanting' something and people get a weird vibe.

You seem to live a little in your head / be a dreamer. Try to be friends with girls first. To be attractive, work on yourself. Be attractive, funny, in good shape, groomed, good conversation, fun interests, fun hobbies, smart, curious, confident but not an asshole, etc. etc.

I guessed. Everyone worries about dating but it felt like you worry more than average. That's exactly the definition of being anxious. In my opinion for you trying to date is like trying to run before you can walk. You won't be able to date unless you make friends first and have a good support system. Even if you find someone to date, the pressure on them will be so intense that things will not work out. Take the pressure off dating for a bit. Give yourself a year or six month before you do. Lea…

You won't go ANYWHERE if you can't hold a conversation. This is just common sense dude. The rest will happen on its own

Not sure what you meant but you can also check r/socialanxiety Do you have friends? Maybe start there? Entering in a relationship with girls is not all that different than having good friendships. Be yourself, funny, confident, stand tall, be fit, groomed, etc. Those should all be things you do already, and you can practice every day. Try talking to strangers, men or women alike. Don't think about the pressure of kissing or sex yet. If a girl likes you things will happen on their own. I'd be cur…

This happened to me once before. It was getting hot and heavy, at least I thought so. Started kissing more aggressively, and she broke it off. I think I was more into her that she was into me and she realized / got turned off / scared away maybe. And the magic was gone. I'd advise to brush it off. Back off. Give her space. And keep an eye out for it for next time - whether same girl or not.

Maybe improve your kissing game. Try to always be in sync with the other person. Don't do your own thing based on your own pulsions only. Never remove your fingers from the pulse
