Gym selfies / shirtless mirror pics are by far the most tacky thing you could do. You will always get better responses and responses by higher quality women if you don't post shirtless mirror pics. They are universally accepted as trashy. Sure, some girls might like them, but they'll always be trashy girls

Yeah, no one progresses through anything that quickly. You might think you're an "advanced pua" but real improvement takes months, if not years. You learned some new principles and think you mastered them but you're too engorged in false self-confidence to have a healthy sense of self.

Do you not-do cocaine? Do you have a legitimate reason for not-doing so (e.g., you get drug tested at your job) or are you just a square? Not trying to troll or say it's your fault, but referring to cocaine as "drugs" (with the same stigma as heroine etc) makes you look beta.

Good, keep it up. Read the top posts in seduction. But don't read the ones that are like "say x, do y". It's not a video game that you can strategize and "beat" after reading a strategy. You're gonna have to practice and improve your social skills. It'll take a lot of work but you can't give up, and you'll slowly improve. Befriend more social people, go to more parties, go out more. Be social, fun, interesting, and confident, but DON'T be desperate, needy, or weird. Contribute socially. Make other people feel good.

Some people on 4chan made a fake Tinder profile: they took some really good looking male model's photos, and in the bio they disclaimed that he was a registered sex offender. Girls messaged him about sex so much it was ridiculous. There's no secret to tinder; if you're good looking you win, that's it.
