Cut it in such way that its pretty much a really short buzz cut, start with a number somewhere in the middle practice then go to the size that fits you best. I personally cut it every 2-3days, just run that thing over your head over and over from all angles. Ever since I changed my diet, quit smoking cigs and started doing abs/core for 20 mins then workout for 45mins-1hr for 5-6 days a week, I am starting to see results.
