Remember when some LA celebrities were talking about how you can optimize your mansion space usage for optimal enjoyment during covid? People got pissed. Most people were/are just making sure they can pay rent. What mansion? It's like putting the cart before the horse. Just pointing it out if you're still actually surprised, but chances are you just kinda wished you got a little bit more acceptance from your post. But yes, it's a different game, and usually takes practice, or very good chemistry…

Do you like having your time wasted? Do you feel like you're wasting other people's time? Sometimes you don't really know. Other times you KNOW. It's good to find out, but it's also good to not be too much of an asshole if you can help it.

Gaming may be the symptom but it sounds like he just isn't cleaning when he said he would. If he was pumping iron instead of cleaning you'd probably equally pissed off at him.

Therapy is a good way to tackling your problem instead of giving random ideas a try and regretting them (as well as getting other people involved in your experiments). I mean, a bunch of people and friends can tell you to just go ahead and do someone, but that's definitely a less healthy approach than discussing your intimacy and sexual issues with a qualified therapist.

When I first learned about PUA/seddit, "The Game" was the book to read, and Strauss himself said that the tools he picked up (picked up, lol /dadjoke) on that path didn't lead him to a "happily ever after" relationship. Even if he did get a girl, he still had problems to deal with, and sometimes they (the problems, or himself) got in the way. Just imagine: You could always just get any old job, save up anything from 200 to 1000 bucks and go get a hooker somewhere. No longer a virgin! Or you coul…

Have your friend read the basics (see: sidebar), and do the "inner-frame" stuff, work out, go around socializing more, give less of a F#$@ Find your local lair and just go talk to some people. Now there are always certain extremes, but after seeing how some PUAs work a party floor going around and talk to people really drives in the theory that is so often discussed in the books and stuff. It's not all good, and it's not all going to work, but the texts mentioned in the sidebar are popular and t…

For some reason I misread 9 as 9 year old for a few seconds. Shock and horror for a while. Other than that, nice FR. I wouldn't worry about the lack of extra conversation, because if you guys do meet again, you've got a much better chance of getting things going in the future. You've payed her a genuine compliment, but also utilized time scarcity and raised your value at the same time.

I asked a bunch of different girls what they liked so I could be ready for when I did. and what did these girls tell you?

The thing about being a virgin, is that it's really only a label that you, and only you pay attention to. The only other time it's an issue is when you're in bed with a girl. To be frank, if you're already there at that stage... it's not an issue either.

Take that confidence from work and spread it out @ the home. A little cheap, but use it to keep that energy state with you. You'll soon be seeing results I believe.

then forever live life the way you've intended to :) Comfortably. Think for a minute though... Are you satisfied being this comfortable? Or do you want something more? Some people say there is no such thing as a free lunch.

For me, the things that I could possibly be "self-deprecating" about I turn into a conversation as "something I want to learn more about or get better at" instead of "this is something I'm not good at". Focus on the positive aspect? Just more pleasant and constructive in general. Don't know how this works with emotions and threading though.

You're afraid of getting out of your comfort zone. This is huge for everyone. Even me. You know what? I want you to find something that's obviously good for you, or just a lot of fun and not dangerous to you in any way (in theory). Then do it. Step out of your comfort zone and reap the rewards. Make a giant list of these things. Do them. Now, if going out to meet women isn't on that list, then add to it. Now it's just another item on the list. Do it.

The unfortunate truth is that if you love her, you just simply have to ride out the pain. Try to channel that energy into something else, like what PUAdept said about self improvement (in all physical, mental, and social aspects) Thing is, that pain may be there for many reasons. Some although related to her, are just issues you have to deal with yourself. It'll take time. Nothing wrong with thinking about it and talking it through with good friends once a while, but you simply have to move on.

this works to your advantage. Be the guy who makes small talk with many people - Many acquaintances. Those you get along pretty decently or see a lot will soon become friends. Now, a guy who knows many people, has a good image, a good attitude as well as friends/acquaintances... is going to get female attention. So keep talking to people, keep working on bettering yourself. Get to know your shit, get to know yourself. Get to know the people around you. Have fun with it, explore.
/r/seduction24/02/12 08:19 AM

Know what you want. Be clear with her about your intentions. Even if you part ways, give her plenty of assurance, care. Help her move on.

Main points: Write down what has happened this year (2 months) reread it back to yourself. how does it make you feel? Would you want to hang out with the person you just wrote down? Make it a yes. Highlight the things you don't like. Change those things! Then become the person you find interesting. You'll have no problem sharing stories, have fun and be confident.

Have fun with it. If you can't, change it up a little, but don't be afraid of putting yourself out there.

A relationship with a girl who had an unfortunate history. She chose me as a nice guy. She wanted a lot of commitment, I wasn't ready to deliver (both logistically and emotionally), so she found someone else who presumably would be. Despite everything she told me about how much she loved me (we talked for 6 hours when we broke up), she thinks the next guy is her soul mate. I need to move on, and to understand people more.

No need to be jealous, but it's a good opportunity to show how much you care for her in a positive way. It's also a good opportunity to DHV by not sinking to the "petty jealous boyfriend" level. It could also be a cue to "value her more than just another piece of meat any guy wants to hit on". Your latter response is a lot better. You could always respond with something silly like "maybe I should just get a stamp on you that says 'taken'! on it." It really depends on the dynamics of the relation…

Other comment on sidebar is right, you can probably skip the first few lessons on approaching and initial attraction, but you need to focus on framing things, escalating and logistics/timing. Before you get "this far" and they "disappear" do something about it. Change whatever it is you've been doing before.

The legality you have to deal with is not age of consent persay. It's when she gets busted, and decides to blame you for everything. Then you're suddenly a friggin' pedo (as opposed to another guy who slept with an irresponsible woman) and your life is ruined.

bribe your friends for privacy if that's an issue. Otherwise when you're with your girl just act like you own the place. I recommend bribing your other buddy for an all night access to the room he's staying in (he can go get smashed somewhere). Start on the couch obviously, but don't be afraid to lead your girl to the guest bedroom to help escalate if it goes there.

Cool story bro. Just focus on the basics. Health (physical, emotional, social), hygeine, and being self sufficient to get some confidence, the rest will flow as you travel the path you find most interesting. Think of it this way, you play music and you've already gotten laid. No need to worry too much.

Sit side by side. Do whatever feels natural. If there's a reason to lean in and talk, do it. Rest is covered by others for sure (like kino escalation). So, I'd say. Take command by picking out a seat that almost prompts you guys to sit together because it looks more comfortable or something, but maybe not the counter since you won't get isolation space. However, the counter can work if you're on very good terms with the waiter/cook and make the dinner a good experience by having them help you ma…

she's dealing with you not escalating that night, so let things cool off and go for a reset. Next time if you get anything close to the vibe you had that night seal the damn deal and give her what she wants. Or she's busy. Because while she likes you, she doesn't like you enough to drop whatever she's doing right now to answer you.

Man... /r/circlejerk is that way -> lol. I agree with how Seddit's much better than the average lair forum (other than for specific locales) the discourse and information is more helpful than others I've seen with less advertisement. I'll admit I don't try very hard though.

How well do you know the women around you in your life? Or girls? PUA/Seduction is for people who want to know them better (to put it in a more classy manner). PUA logic would say: This girl could be the girl of your dreams, or she might not. You and her could have a blast, for 1 night, or 5 months, or 15 years. However, you're not going to get to know her if you don't approach her, talk to her, and run "game" on her. Oh, yea. You still don't know who "her" is, so you'll just have to run game on…

Don't micromanage. Just give him simple tasks to do, and make it his responsibility to do it. Like a tutor who gives direction, but doesn't sit next to you to make sure you're studying. If he's serious, he'll follow through. If not, then you don't really lose that much time and it's not your fault. You can always ask his sister what she thinks of this.

Have you read FRs on other lairs/forums? They're even more puffed up than most of the stuff I've seen so far. I treat every FR like I do all PUA material. Some truth, some BS. Just take what you will from the material and apply it when you can.

You don't. If she's uncomfortable with just being around with you she would invite a friend. If that happens you show them both a good time so she knows you're good company. In fact, normal PUA routines would tell you to make sure her friends get more attention (until you get into a situation where it's the two of you). One thing to note, ideally you would sit next to her, not across her. This gives more opportunities for intimacy and escalation. Note that the usual dinner date table would not h…

Start with small talk, if something interesting comes up segway into that branch of the conversation. Do you get the same cashier all the time? Make the small talk a routine, then someday break the routine by going into a more interesting subject and see if you get something positive out of it.

Primarily the Game is a good "eye opener" and back then was a totally new perspective on the whole "hit on girls" game. I like to read it as a semi-fiction, because who knows what truths were embellished and omitted when the book was written. Some things I still like to take home with me and I think just make darn good sense. Other ideas are just better ways to communicate and phrase certain preexisting beliefs that could have been better defined before The Game. Remember the movie Hitch? What a…

This is when you start to work the magic. DHV, kino, open sets, have a good time, neg. Then if things go well enough, isolate, escalate. I'd say something about frame as well but I'm not as familiar with the concept.

Not sarging, but hopefully relevant. I went through some kind of hell week a few months ago. That Saturday I HAD to go out, get some friends and smash down a few beers and party, finish that week with a blast. The day after: Do absolutely nothing, convalescence.

do what pickuo_startist says. Also enjoy and explore life. Do what you love, expand on it. Find out new opportunities to try out new things, and check out new places. Put yourself in situations/positions where you'll meet new people. Have fun, before you know it, the girl thing won't be a problem anymore.

Listen to the other posts. Here's the deal: You're still 22, and you're in shape at least. Let's just say things could be worse. Project confidence, learn it, fake it, practice it. Personally, I say just do things to make yourself happy, so you don't feel bad about yourself, take things you're not satisfied with and turn that negativity into motivation to better yourself.

The game and PUA just delivered a system and vernacular to correctly discuss, communicate and analyze relationships between people (perhaps with an extra emphasis on men/women). That's really the biggest thing it did for me, I don't really follow Style and Mystery's method. I abhor canned openers as a concept. Do not hesitate to change it up and find something else that you feel more confident about.

Working out in general helps your health and physique. Also for most people you'll eventually hit a tipping point where a workout doesn't drain you, it makes you feel damn good and energizes you. This improves confidence, poise. It helps.

Well, it can work both ways. Most people have a few interests outside of their main specialization and focus that have some academic relevance. Engineers might have an interest in music, or art, or foreign languages. Those classes have a much better ratio and you could still have fun learning things that benefit you.

Yep, After doing all the reading and generally working on certain aspects of inner game I realize the final bridge is to be able to transfer your confidence "more" to your body-language physical being. AKA - do more kino, get good at it, and know when to do it etc.

well, that's the strategy I'm recommending. Listen and let them talk more than you do. This way you'll learn more about them (quite important in your own interests i say). For some reason, however, this leaves them with a better impression of you (despite how they've done most of the talking). I'd say that's almost a win-win. This line of advice is a combination of either David Deangelo or David Wygant (dunno if it's the same person), and Dale Carnegie's "How to make friends and influence peolpe…

Pua-wise I can only think about this: Think about that scene from Hitch. I think it's simple and practical. Just keep talking about yourself short. Ask them some basic questions to get the ball rolling and listen, respond. Make the short few minutes about them. Observe. Most of all try to have fun meeting new people.
