5	Hmmm Honestly I don't get why you got downvoted, because you are technically correct. However, the problem stiil stays - they hired them ONLY because they were women. No men were allowed to compete. Thats discrimination. To speak my mind it's kind of a good idea to hire people because they are qualified, not because they have 'right' gender.
