if the date is nearly a week away, I usually write every second day. nothing much more than "What have you been up to, all well?". a day before it's worth reminding her of the date, such as with "looking forward to tomorrow" or something like that. don't flood her with texts, it will also detract from things you can talk about in person. which is much better and easier.

Easy. Go up to her, say hi and ask if she would like to do something with you on the weekend. She obvisouly isn't a stranger, you have both talked to each other. that's enough. so there should be zero problems approching her. But do have an idea of what you would like to do. be it movie, dinner, arcade, walk in the park etc. the rest will sort itself out.

There is no "us". There’s just you. From the looks of it, it is clear that she isn't interested. If you continue to try and pursue her you'll probably just get a direct rejection. Provided you actually directly ask. At least then it is definite confirmation. But it would probably only be awkward for you. For a little while. She most likely won't care if she hasn't shown any interest yet. but if you keep hovering around without actually getting any answers you'll be stuck thinking "maybe" for all…

who gives a fuck? you're not asking for her hand in marriage. you need a way to contact someone just say it upfront. trying to secretly suggest it will come across far more silly.

I'm Australian, but I've lived here too long for that to work.

I found this video to help a lot with that topic (among other things) http://youtu.be/b-a1jXgAsQI You basically need to teach the girl how to have a conversation. There a few moments that decide how the rest of the conversation will go, you can help her along a few times if she doesn't take the next step herself, or you can end it before it gets awkward.

I'd love to do that, but I fear not everyone has the funds to move out. (beeing 21 myself) I have the choice between a car or my own place, a car made more sense, since I can't get to my place of work any other way other by car.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
