He's right because a woman said that? One woman? Do you really think that when one woman says something, that reflects the view of all women? The Buffalo shooter said all types of horrific, violent things in his online posts. I guess his views reflect the views of all men. When one person can speak for an entire gender, we're all in trouble. Or maybe he speaks for all white people. Also terrifying to apply that principle. Do you really think that when one white person says something, it reflects…

France is much more regulated than the US and is also a bit of an outlier on a global basis. It's not just that paternity testing is illegal in France. All DNA genealogy testing is illegal without going through a legal framework. Based on my understanding, I can't even send in my own DNA for genealogy testing the way I can in the US. I'm more addressing American guys who make these types of claims. In the US, any guy with access to his kid could get a DNA test.

This may be the case when a man is estranged from the woman and child, but that's not the scenario OP is talking about. A guy who lives with his kid can literally just take a sample and use any number of home paternity tests. Just google "home paternity test". Then he'll at least know. Home tests obviously aren't admissible in court since collection of samples isn't supervised, but a guy could just take his kid down to Labcorp and get a legally admissible paternity test. There's nothing stopping…

I think people misunderstand introvert vs. extrovert. One of the senior execs I work for (not directly) is one of the most charismatic, effective leaders I've ever met in my life. He can connect with just about anyone on just about any topic. He's in a very senior position at a very reputable company. When I was in a leadership development program, I had the opportunity to have a 1:1 lunch with him. At the beginning of lunch I was making small talk and asked if he was going to the holiday party.…

I think this is right. I'm in my mid-20s and I work in a field that's heavily skewed toward other people in their 20s. Sure there are senior leaders, but it's sort of an "up or out" environment that skews very young. Almost all of my coworkers (male and female) are in relationships. The exception tends to be our brand new staff who are 1-2 years out of college. A lot of people move a significant distance for this job, so they leave behind whatever they had in college and effectively start a new …

Yeah you’re in a relationship now, because you couldn’t secure the men you were having casual sex with. This is a weird assumption. When I was in college, I was in a frat and had the good fortune of knowing a lot of girls in sororities, who happened to be some of the most attractive girls in the university. Some of them were perpetually in relationships (and are married/engaged to those guys now), but others definitely had a fair amount of casual sex. The girls I'm talking about were attractive,…

Those men aren’t attractive by any measure Robert Pattinson, Channing Tatum, and Taylor Lautner aren't attractive by any measure?

A lot of relationships start as hookups.

I think it depends on the setting. I was in a frat in college, and it was completely normal for girls to approach me at parties. I would guess that I was approached as much as I approached. Post-college, I would get approached in bars somewhat regularly, but nothing like college parties. It may be because at the parties, we mostly at least had mutual friends. Like her friends in her sorority knew my friends, or we knew of each other already. In a bar, I'm just some totally random guy. Being cold…

What constitutes being "picked up"? Does it mean meeting someone and going home with them that same night? If that's the case, is who picked up who just a matter of who approaches first? Is it just a matter of who asks the other to go home with them? Both? Say a girl approaches me, we start talking, and I ask her to come home with me. Did she pick me up or did I pick her up? Say I approach a girl, we start talking, and she asks me to come home with her. Same question. Who did the "picking up"? Y…

Guess that makes sense. So you have to actually be one of the two people in the relationship to know.

I don't even know if she's more attractive as a package. We're just compatible in ways I haven't been with a lot of my hookups/short-term relationships. I would guess that other guys might find some of them more compatible than my girlfriend from a personality perspective. It's sort of personal preference. It sounds like you're saying that you can never really identify a "beta bucks" situation, because even if a girl has been with more physically attractive guys, she might find her long-term par…

Anybody average woman who has “hooked up” has probably been with a more attractive man than what she could attract into a relationship. A man who she end up with who is lesser than the men who she hooked up with is essentially “beta bucks”. He’s lesser than what she is attracted to and what she has already experienced. As a guy who's hooked up quite a bit, I would say that my current girlfriend probably isn't as physically attractive as some of the hook ups I've had. If we use a ridiculous 10-po…

So many people lie about there height that its basically bumped it up a few inches This part is true. Pretty much every guy taller than 5'9 is claiming to be 6' on Bumble. I would guess that the majority of guys on Bumble have a stated height of 6' or taller.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
