I'm hitting the gym regularly again and focusing on the big 5: Squat, Deadlift, Bench press, overhead press, bent over row. This is helping me mentally as well as physically. I want to internalize and live a "red pill life", but do so in a way that does NOT nuke the marriage. I realize going too hard, too fast can lead to a divorce. I would like to avoid that.
