On the one hand you claimed to be an atheist, but on the other you sound like an agnostic (it's "unknowable"). In either case you're making positive knowledge claims (either about God not existing, or it being impossible to know whether God exists). As such, both require explanation/reasons to be rational. 1	[FR] An Athiest finds Spirituality at an unexpected place It's good to have reasons for what you believe, especially when it involves something as profound as the origin of reality and your ultimate destiny in it. Even if we can't prove these things with mathematical certainty, there are still very good philosophical arguments to be heard on both sides.
