16	Bodycam Footage Exonerates an Officer Accused of Groping a Woman During a Traffic Stop....Now She's Facing False Report Charges You're only looking at it the way you want to see it. That's fine. There's no point in continuing, but I'm stubborn. The loopholes could easily be extorted by defense attorneys to "exonerate" their client based off a technicality. Oh, the officer didn't have the bodycam firmly attached 2 inches from his shield and 1 inch from the center buttons of his uniform top? If the policies are not clear, administrators, supervisors, and/or attorneys would have the ability to attack the officer, instead of the department, for a variety of reasons.
