For bars, Go introduce yourself. Say hi. Ask interesting and thoughtful questions. Have somewhere else to go that’s even better, see if she wants to JOIN YOU. Then go anyway. Repeat It’s helpful to start with the objective to be social, have interstitial conversations, connect with people, have fun. Lift weights and be healthy in general.
