No easy answers to this one bro. The best way to quit is to engineer your environment to make cooming difficult. Like going on holiday without a phone or computer

Tate glows brighter than the sun, listen to him talking about his dad. I think this is planned viral marketing to setup one of those internet celebrity fights that seem to be all the rage these days.

We got your back man. Age is a big factor, young guys have no defence against the manipulations of women. When you're older it flips back the other way. Do what you know is right and dont feel bad for doing it.

It's not healthy to avoid relationships or put up walls in order to avoid getting hurt. The right mindset is to embrace life with open arms, know you have abundance and trust your resilience to get through anything life throws at you. Better a life of pain and growth, than comfort and stagnation.

At the end of the day, what you "know" doesn't matter at all. It's all about what you "do". How many guys do you know that have had the balls to end a toxic relationship? For me, I dont know any. Here is the real issue. If even 10% of the simps out there grew a spine and acted in their own self interest, the world would take notice. Instead all our men have become martyrs. If you refuse to exercise the free will that has been given to you, are you even alive? Let's lead by example, weaker men wi…

I can relate to you OP, when I was 18 my life sucked and my social worth was zero. This really does break a man. It's all well and good us telling you to lift and seek therapy but this wouldnt have been useful advice for me at 18 because I knew that stuff already. My problem was having zero motivation as my self worth was rock bottom. I would tell myself this. Self worth is a feedback loop. You need the inner strength to get that self improvement ball rolling even when the world is hostile towar…

Trust your gut feeling. Dont bite the hand that feeds, but by all means bite the hand that takes away. Women will never understand this so you're right not to go into it. Dont bullshit her though

Only way I've ever done it successfully is to remove all computers and phones from my house. If I need the internet for something I do it at work. Also helps a lot with sleep schedule. Try it for a couple of weeks, you'll be a different person.

B makes more sense. You're not there to get butthurt, you're there to do a job and that is to eject with minimum drama. My advice is to deal with the breakup now, then worry about finances later. Ie you should just move out, then later you can sort the lease. At least I did it that way and it worked out pretty well for me.

Sounds like there's something there with your mum. If you feel a certain way there is usually a reason for it. It wasn't until my first LTR that I realised that how much of a toxic, self-centered piece of shit my mum was. It literally blew my mind when my LTR actually showed me some dignity and respect, then I realised that I was just used to being treated like dirt. You don't know any better when you are a child. I always felt resentment toward my mother but I could never work out why. I though…

I agree. From the outside looking in, sometimes it seems like we men have nothing to offer women who already have it all. But the more you get to know women, you start to learn that you were given a power that they weren't. The power to create your own frame. Women stick to what is safe, you have the power to explore outside the safe frame into the fun frame, and she wants to follow you in there.

Years ago when I was in the high school computer labs we used to play on Newgrounds when the teacher wasn't looking. There was this one game called orgasm girl. There was a pink bar for her pleasure and a blue bar for yours. The goal was to max out her pleasure without busting your nut. Unfortunately her bar fills up like grains of sand falling into an egg timer and yours shoots up like it's the end of nofap November. Getting a girl invested in you is a lot like orgasm girl, except the pink bar …

Depends on the girl, you should always be calibrated. Think like a seduction scientist, try something out and see how she responds. If she responds well do more of that. Always be aware of feedback through her body language. You'll find there's a middle ground between treating a girl well and treating her poorly that gets the best results, and this varies by individual.

Yeah that's my feeling too. But the most important thing is not to get too invested too early. It sounds like you care about this date, and I get it because I've been there. A good LTR can be a powerful thing. My best LTR helped me a lot with emotional problems that I probably should have gone to therapy for. Some girls absolutely get off on that stuff. When we started dating my social skills were trash but she gave me feedback and actually helped my RP mission in a lot of ways. We never discussed TRP, but she gave me a lot of positive feedback when I'd pass shit tests or do well socially, which really helped. I could feel clearly when I was on the right path or whe…

A lot of hate for the park bench in this thread. The girls I've been with love sneaking around the park after dark. Good opportunity to make them feel safe doing something they would never be brave enough to do without you there, and brings out their playful side at the same time.

I once heard my girl giggling across the room chatting with this guy. I swear there is a built in mate-guarding circuit in our brain because I got the biggest shot of adrenaline like I was about to take on a lion in hand to hand combat. Heavy breathing, sweaty palms, I marched over there and AMOGed him. Now, I'm the kinda guy that can't AMOG for shit, but I was in the moment. Some guys are just a bit insecure about how long they last. I get carried away from time to time and things happen with more intensity. Most girls don't mind at all, so long as she still felt dominated and had fun. But I also didn't make a big deal out of it.

Get your affairs in order, reach out to your friends you haven't talked to in a while. Have a support network in place in case you need it. No need to issue any ultimatums just yet, but you may want to start withdrawing your emotional investment and start talking with other girls to increase your abundance. I was also in a 4 year LTR when my gut told me something was off. I decided screw this and moved into a hostel for 4 weeks. Being around backpackers and talking to women again really boosted …

Sounds like you are invested in this particular girl. No shame in it, we've all been there. But what would really boost your confidence would be to focus on girls you aren't already emotionally invested in. You'll care less and be able to have more fun with it. Being invested makes it harder to run game, and you're more likely to face rejection.

The fact she hasn't told you straight up makes sense, she's probably self-conscious about it. If she was trying to inflate her SMV she would have told you herself.

In my case I was getting heaps of indicators of interest, but a lot of shyness and nervousness around kino escalation, as well as not knowing what to do. ASD means anti-slut defense, when a girl tells you to slow down your escalation but is still clearly into you.
/r/askTRP08/05/20 11:27 AM

Most likely trying to project a cute innocent image. If she's really a virgin it'll be pretty obvious. Expect mixed signals where she's clearly into you but resists escalation, and expect her ASD to kick in much earlier.

That's great man, it sounds like you raised yourself up from the bottom. If you had a rough start in life like me, that took blood sweat and tears. But make no mistake, your journey is just beginning. I can tell from your post that you desire the approval of others. You think in terms of 'they make fun of my acne', which is rooted in your past. If you wear the pants, then it's your job to reward good behaviour and punish bad. If your LTR has been working hard to earn your praise but you aren't giving it she may be resentful. But you certainly don't dispense treats at the push of a button, or you will devalue your own attention. Imagine yourself as a father figure. Asshole dads never reward good behaviour, they only punish. Limp beta dads vomit attention at people, usually their daughters, but have no boundaries. You need to be the midd…

Don't think in terms of 'ooga booga number go up'. Think in terms of entry point and exit point. The coming 12 months are going to be bloody, and you should buy when there's blood in the streets. That's your entry point. Long term (10-20yrs) will generally trend up, that's your exit point. Dollar cost average on the way down, then get time in the market.

This boils down to self-esteem. If you feel in your subconscious that your SMV is superior to your peers, you will naturally display dominance behaviour. You need to hit the gym, work on yourself, get that positive reinforcement that comes from self-improvement. And with time this will all click into place. To an extent you can fake it till you make it, but I don't advise trying too hard to micromanage your body language. This shit (dominance/submission behaviour) is all biologically hardwired.

If you're anything like me you will let most people into your life up to a point, and then you'll go cold/ghost them if they get too close. I used to do this because I feared rejection, so I kept people at a good distance where they couldn't do anything to hurt me, where I was in control. The trick for me was to learn to pass a shit test, stop being insecure and own who I am as a person. I needed that abundance mentality so I could open up without fearing rejection.

I feel you man, I also had controlling parents and it's lethal to your frame and SMV. My advice is do whatever it takes to remove yourself from their frame. You need to invest in your independence before you can invest in your education, I did the opposite and it just doesn't work. Cutting my parents out was the most difficult and most rewarding thing I've done in my life. Nothing wrong in working a gas station job if it means you can move out of home. Career can come later. This is one of the most common shit tests out there, every girl does this. If she is mentioning specific guys that you know, she is checking your reaction to see if you consider him a threat. Girls know this is a very powerful test as pretty much all guys get insecure around Chad. But, if you pass this test she'll think you're the Chad.

There's a social contract, you can always ask for help if you don't mind losing some SMV in the process. And it helps if you have SMV to start with.
/r/TheRedPill13/04/20 04:29 AM

This is absolutely true, but my view is that it's better to gain genuine confidence than to micromanage your body language/ tonality. Confidence comes from knowing that your SMV is equal to or greater than your peers, and when you feel this subconsciously, your body language and tonality will change on it's own. This shit is hardwired through biology. Essentially, stop overthinking and lift

You made a great call here. People who've been through real rape often get PTSD triggered close to orgasm, and it can turn them from 100% horny and crying out for rough sex to panicking and totally turned off. What's scary is how fast it changes. The tell-tale sign is a dissociated state, like they lost touch with reality. Regardless of whether it was PTSD or not, great job for paying attention to body language. Providing comfort was a wise move.
