-1	Taking a paternity test without the mother's consent is illegal in france. Thus only the mother decides who the father is and no evidence to the contrary can be used. That's messed up. I do have an experience on the other side where I could see a need for restrictions in some cases tho. My sister was pregnant to her husband, my brother in law. It's still illegal to threaten to kill someone even if they shit on your bed or hit you tho. they both have made accusations so who knows what happened.
