Well, when I was starting in engineering field, I didn't dwell for too long in a place when there's an offer with better salary and professional growth. It doesn't matter if the company is toxic or not. I don't really care about the people I work with. I also believe in "you don't shit where you eat". Several female workmates did gave me the eye but no, too much drama and hassle. From what I experienced, female engineers are still full of drama and gossips. Like it's their past time.

Yeah that's why when there's a new female engineer in construction we firstly told her that we treat everyone as equal and there's no special treatment/privileges.
