As the great Gucci Mane once said "Girls are like buses, Miss one, Next 15 one's comin" Next. No point in wasting your time/resources chasing some bitch that's 35 miles away, aim closer to home. On a side note, personally I've found that the less effort (msgs/talking) you put into chasing pussy the quicker/easier it happens.

They must be delusional because Drake always fucks with girls that have a sexy waist–hip ratio. http://spillthatea.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Drake-Lira-Galore-2-517x364.jpg

Calculate your IIFYM (calorie intake) and decide if you're going to cut or bulk (I would recommend that you eat at a caloric deficit until you're up to the strength level of a novice then bulk). Don't waste your time focusing on aesthetics at this point because your lacking a lot of strength. Start with a beginners weightlifting program, personally I recommend 5x5 starting strength. Most importantly stay consistent!

If this is really stressing you out and affecting other aspects of your life, why don't you take a break from women for a while and just do your own thing? Then once you feel like your game is back, go back out there and pull some dimes!

Strong Lifts brother. Bulk, please don't make same mistake that I made and cut when you have no/little muscle under the fat (skinny fat). Started lifting seriously at 6' 160 lbs around February (Lifted 1.5+ years previously, but I was extremely inconsistently, 4 months on/off) and cut down to 150 lbs by June and finally realized I had little muscle and began bulking to my current weight of 170 lbs. Bulk for a year and then decide where you go from there. If you want look like Chris Pratt in Guar…

I listen to a lot of rap, right now the artists that really get me pumped are Gucci mane (Trap god 3, Oddfather, and many more), Future (Monster mixtape), Migos (Rich Nigga Timeline, No Label 1&2) , and Lil Boosie (Life after Deathrow).

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
