My assumption is that you're trying to refute my claim about Romeo and Juliet laws. To begin with, the only Romeo and Juliet laws I know of are 1.) from the United States (as opposed to your article from the UK) and 2.) not in place everywhere. Furthermore, there's a difference between consensual relations between minors protected by the Romeo and Juliet law and what your Lee Smith had done.
