1	Accurate Hatred/Paternity Leave and Feminist Advocacy? There never should have been paid paternity/maternity leave. Forcing the childless to subsidise the breeders is immoral. You make a choice to have a child and that choice should entail accepting financial responsibility. 1	[Red Pill Theory] Tall guys of TRP, how do you remind yourself to keep good posture? I am also tall and lately have been working on posture when walking. I'm using two keys. The first is, "stack your back", which is a reminder to think of my pelvis as the base and my spine, including my neck, as a column of loosely piled blocks. My job then is to stop that pile falling over. This keeps things pretty much in line and loose at the same time. The second key is to take shorter steps. 2	Mental Health Issues and TRP I don't have much to offer beyond support. I hope things improve. When I become distracted and confused I find a quiet place to sit and ignore all outside influences for a while. No phone. Alternatively I go for a bike ride. You may also find some kind of audio guided meditation helpful. I have used one by John Kabat-Zinn. It is very straightforward. Good luck anyway.
