A mistrial is a bit much. There is no reason that the defendants name coming out would effect the outcome of a trial. However those releasing the names should be punished (cough daily mail)
It's in the fucking article!!! The judge found that in the last decade the processes had been tightened. It's the reason (in part) that they were not found guilty.
