So? Just let them die alone. Look at single men in 40s and single women in 40s. Heck, most of women already in 30s if alone are desperate mess, aiding with alcohol and god knows what not. I agree too much 20-something guys are trying to be something they are not. Most of guys I know are not mature before age of 35, and what I consider real man is usually above 50. Definitely but I would add something. Body strength yes, but being overly strong and muscular won't solve anything. Being obessed with gym is not good. Athletic body with around 10-12%bf is all you need, and you can get this also by biking and doing some pullups. Don't be a gym rat. Mental strength is fine, but be human. I would say do not show your weakness to women. But also don't hide it from yourself. Don't try to be a robot because you are not.

It happened to me with multiple women. It sucks, yes. But to feel emasculated and failure is just stupid. Erection is not something you can control, and with todays stress levels many guys have problems achieving one. If she doesn't want to stick around because you have some issues, shes better gone.
